Bos en Lommer ~ Breaking out from your routine and want to run away from all the loud sounds of the city? Then the Pearl 3 bedroom apartment for 4 guests is for you! Located nearby Sloterdijk Central Station, it will only take you up to 15 minutes to get to the City Center. If you decide to take a bus from the Central Station, take the Tram 21.
This self catering holiday accommodation that measures 60 square meters on the second floor is located nearby the Sloterdijk Train Station and about 15 minutes away from the City Center. The neighborhood is full of local small shops, restaurants (especially with the Turkish, Surinam’s and Moroccan’s cuisine) and a few markets where you can get various goods from Tuesday to Saturday.
Once you enter, you'll notice that the living room is connected to the open kitchen. This area has been furnished with a lovely painting, 2 snug leather sofa beds, a flat screen TV and large soft carpet.
In the same area, the fully equipped kitchen has a coffee maker, kettle and toaster which will help make cooking breakfast a breeze. The oven and gas stove are the best accomplices when preparing when your favourite meal with the products that you purchased from the market.
There are 3 bedrooms with double beds (one with a double and a single) which can be separated into single beds. All 3 bedrooms have beautiful pictures, curtains wardrobes and two of them have a sink. Each have window views and bedside tables with lamps. Sheets, blankets and linen will be provided.
The bathroom has a shower corner as well as bath tub and a sink. There is a separate toilet. Towels will be provided for the guests. Book now!

We accept payment by cash and credit card.

Cleaning fee: 40 Euros
There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in.
Please note the following conditions:
-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 25 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Early check in from 10am - 3pm is 30 Euro. (Only in cases where there is no guests checking-out the same day).
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).
In the case that a check-out is before 9:00, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected
