We loved this place. It does not have the hostel feel but if you've been traveling for a while and just need a break this is it. The customer service was amazing, the facility was very clean, and the breakfast was simple but delicious. If you need a refresher or a break from long travels this is the spot for you. Also the Italian Ristorante around the corner was delicious, ask the front desk to recommend. Only complaint was the man at the front gives girls a really weird vibe but very helpful.

You don't have the hostel atmosphere, but a great place to stay with AIR CONDITIONING (sorry, we've missed it quite a bit). The guy at the front desk is helpful is well!

Great value for the money! The owner was very friendly and helpful, recommended some great places to eat nearby and showed us how to get where we wanted to go. Super close to the train station although hard to find the first time. Our private room was in the building across the street, a little unconventional but totally worth it. Lots of space, body jets in the bathroom, decent beds, everything was very modern and much nicer than I expected. Breakfast was provided and delicious!

We were only given a key for a room of 4 people, so it wasn't very comfortable when we're not going out with each other. Our room was in 2nd floor with no elevator, so it was hard to carry the luggages. Besides that, everything was really really great! It's near the train station, metro lines and also the terminal of many bus stops.

Everything was perfect, except the airconditional which was out of order during our stay.

Double-bed room ensuite: pretty good price for the facilities, seemed like a hotel, towels changed - room cleaned every morning. Breakfast (toast etc.) included. 5 min walk from termini. Overall very good impression...

I was really disappointed to have so much trouble trying to find The Place. It's not labelled except a tiny label next to one of the buttons on the door. After I finally figured that out, we hauled 4 big suitcases up to the second floor, and then were told we had to haul them down again and across the street to the other building, then up 2 more floors. If the receptionist hadn't been very pleasant, the experience would have been awful. As it was, better signage could have helped a lot.

At beginning it is hard to find the hostel because there is no signage. But, the staff are really great and accommodating. You feel valued as a guest. The rooms are clean and quiet so you can really relax after a long day in rome. Very close to Termini station as well.

You can get more of what you pay which is the best thing to describe my stay in this property. Good quality service. Cheerful and helpful staff. Clean rooms especially the bathroom. Breakfast is decent, with a ham toast, hot beverage which I can get to choose the one I prefer, fresh croissant and an orange juice. The staff suggested a very good place for us to have our lunch/dinner. Best place i have ever been so far.
