Only go to this hostel if all you want to do is party, otherwise miss it completly as you will not sleep. This hostel plays loud music from Dawn till Dusk and Dawn again, No letting up and gets too much after a while. Also there are no locks on any dorm doors and as the hostel let's in anyone in off the street to drink at the bar, your possessions are left vulnerable. Drugs are visible and people can smoke anywhere. Wasn't impressed really at all. Only good thing is location.

Very clean, esp the bathrooms, staff really keep on top with this. While you can order food from the kitchen, you aren't able to cook. At the least they need a place to boil a kettle for a cup of tea or 2 minute noodles. Gianna at the travel desk was super friendly and so helpful- she is a great asset to the hostel. Bar and desk staff didn't seem interested in helping you at all. Good location right in town. Laundries nearby. Free for Aussies in Feb makes it exc value! Water leaks when it rains!

When they said 'we like to party' they were not kidding. If you are looking at getting any sleep - request a 'quieter' room. I happened to have some of the rudest, most inconsiderate roomies I have ever come across. This meant I was woken up hourly from 1am and the party was still going at 10am the following day. Other than that nice hostel in a good location with a great bar.
