Staff were friendly and helpfull. This is a smallish and personal hostel. Onsite facilities are good and they are well organised.

Best all around Hostel i have ever stayed at..... Shout out to Trevor, Ben, Anahi (hottest girl ever), Amir, Iris, Zuazettte, and Jorge that work here, they are amazing and made my experience in Lima unbelievable..... Crazy fun times. Very clean place that's in a perfect area. Owner is a super nice guy also. Great bar and restaurant. Couldn't ask for a more in a Hostel. If you don't stay here you suck as a human.....and you are probably a terrorist. -applebury

Nice staff and parties every night which is a lot of fun. Parties normally clear out shortly after 1 for the bar. Good hang out areas for partying and for relaxing. Though convenient, the hot food to purchase is nothing to write home about. There was plenty of storage space in my room and the internet was fast. Be prepared for heavy mist/clouds in the morning which blocks off the water view. Clears in the afternoon. All very nice! I'd go back.

Great hostel, really cosy. You can't lock up your bags and the rooms aren't locked, and expect some noise from the bar. Breakfast is just toast jam and butter, but they well tasty good value meals from the kitchen, the hamburger is awesome. There isn't a kitchen for guest use though. Great facilities and lovely staff.

Nice place to stay if you want to stay away from the city, it's only 4 blocks away from the metropolitano if you want to get to the city center. If you don't know where to go at night, they will tell you what to do.

I stay in Lima a lot, so I decided to check out the Point for a quick overnight. I had to catch a plane early the next morning, so I was looking for a place to meet a few nice people and get a couple of hours sleep. Unfortunately the rooms are all situated right off the bar, and the music was blasting until 1am. Basically, you can't expect to get any sleep until 3am. The staff told me that they "assume everyone is at the party". I love a good party, but noise until 3am is excessive.

This hostel was great for a few nights in Lima, in a good area close to everything. The atmosphere in the bar was great and the food from the kitchen excellent. Hostel doesnt have a private kitchen for your own cooking, but the food is good and cheap.

I've stayed at a few hostels around the world, and no lie this is by far my favorite one I've stayed. My friend Tim and I were talking about how our trip to Peru wouldn't have been the same if it weren't for The Point in Lima. This hostel really knows how to party and made great friends while being there. Danny at reception is the man, was really accommodating because we weren't sure exactly how long our stay was going to be at the hostel. I definitely recommend this place!

If you're looking for aplace to have fun, party with guests and a staff that will help you and not get in the way of a good time then this is a sweet place. i would recommend it to anyone.
