Friendly staff, good facilities, good value for money. Only downside is the location. It's located on top of a hill and the town centre at the bottom, so, we need to undertake a painful walk each time we go out for dinner or shopping in the town (or take a taxi).

The hostel is a bit far from town and you have to be careful of sneaky travel agents saying they represent the point at the bus station. The staff were great and the beds extremely comfortable. Make sure you pay in soles not USD as they give an extremely poor rate. Otherwise a nice stay with great food!

Although a bit far from the port of Puno, it's a great little hostel. Staff were very friendly, offered good advice, gave good food, and helped book our bus tickets. Recommend it :)

so new as to be very unfinished. feels a bit like living in a building site. weirdly new but old furniture. perfectly okay but by no means amazing.

Warm and accomodating staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I got very sick on what SHOULD have been our last night, so they were quick to book us another night, offer tea and soup, check on me while my sister ran into city center, etc. Still in construction a bit, needs curtains!!!, but great find.

The staff and owners were super friendly and welcoming they made my stay more enjoyable. The Owner was on my bus to Cusco and made sure I was safely in a taxi to my next hostel. The girls on reception are very upbeat and love a party especially if its fancy dress! Hostel is clean and a good location if you arent too shy of a walk up a hill, good practice for the inca trail I thought.

Great hostel! Would recommend to anyone...the owners are fantastic and go out of their way to make your visit to Puno wonderful. I also took the floating islands tour through the hostel and it was good and reasonably priced. Overall excellent hostel!!
