Super pretty hostel with really nice interior and finishes. A cut above the rest. However even using hostelworld their system somehow made a double booking, big disapointment and we got put in a dorm, and friday night seems to be all night party night, so worst sleep on our entire trip.

I just stayed there one night, but it was really nice. I wouldn't recommend the 10 bed room because it's right on top of the bar and if you want to go to bed a bit early you won't be able to sleep because of the music. also it was really hot in the bedroom becuase there's no aircon. But besides that everything was really nice.

This was my first experience in a Hostel as I have never backpacked before and all I can say is that after living in Princessa, I am going to backpack for all my future holidays staying in hostel. I loved the vibe and energy that this particular hostel about. The rooms were very clean and tidy unlike other hostels I have heard off. The music and darts game added life the the fellow hosteliers. Everyone was super friendly and we all shared a common goal to travel. Kudos to Princessa!!

Very comfortable stay. I especially liked the pull down blinds around the bottom bunks. Great for privacy! I would definitely stay here again.

This Hostel is a really nice one with a good architecture and they do a lot to get a special flair. They got nice rooms and a beautiful terrace. - part of the stuff ist not that helpful and friendly as they should be (didn´t repair the broken light in our room, no more bread for breakfast after 9) - noisy all night long because the stuff didn´t open the door although someone rang the door at night and didn´t answer the phone

Very comfortable beds. Big lockers. Shelves at your bed with personal sockets. Bathrooms looked great! Clean and showers were nice. Comfortable livingroom, kitchen and patio. Eggs for breakfast! Quiet after 12. Nice staff

Good hostel. Well decorated, clean and with a pleasant atmosphere. RESTRICTIONS: - Attentive staff, however they fooled us on New Year's Eve: sold a dinner and a New Year's party. In the end of the story, there wasn't the dinner's main course, nor transport to take us to the party. Everybody had to stay in the hostel and all we received in return was "I'm sorry. We can't do anything." - Located in a neighborhood not very nice, although close to a subway station. - Very bad and poor breakfast.

The hostel looks great, has a nice tb room, kitchen and courtyard. Unfortunately the music is always audible in the rooms. The staff was pretty awful. They were not helpful, and spent more time at the bar or watching tv then being useful. I would not stay here again.

I've stayed here before. I returned because I liked it so much. My second visit only confirmed that this hostel will be my home whenever I am in Santiago.

Geat character, very good for young backpackers, and apartments would be good for older tourists. Area is interesting to walk around, lots of good restaurants and bars, close to transport and can walk to city.

Probably one of the best hostel I've stayed in so far! Fantastic facilities (one word to describe the beds: "WOOOOOOOWWWW"), the setting is perfect to create a pleasant atmosphere and meet new people. You will really feel like home!

The hostel is very nice and rooms are beautiful but staff could be more helpful and nice. Is a great place but far from the most touristic places in Santiago
