strange layout, only 2 bathrooms. beds were very close together, and there was no place to lock up your luggage (with the exception of the luggage room, which could only be accessed by the staff, which were seldom at the place). kitchen was small but had cookware, plates, cutlery, stove, microwave, etc. wifi was pretty bad, especially when lots of people were online. the first night I was woken at 4:30 am by a man masturbating very loudly next to me. switched rooms twice after that. not worth it

Like living in someone's big apartment, with 3 bedrooms. Only ONE bathroom (1 room with 1 toilet, 1 shower) for the entire hostel to share! You can walk into any of the bedrooms without a key. All the windows were left wide open during the day with no screens and I woke up with a bunch of mosquito bites. Bed sheets and blankets were itchy. Location was good, very close to all the sites and museums, as well as Santa Maria Novella train station.

Dear Amanda, you Book a structure with 2 bedrooms and beautiful well written information, you can close the windows as well as you, the sheets are always clean and there are no mosquitoes in November. thanks

The kitchen was small and often trashed. It was the only sitting area with a tv at the end of the table. The reception closes at 8 unless you tell them otherwise (two poor girls were banging on the reception door for quite awhile). I woke up every night itching and had spots all over my arms, feet, and legs. Pretty sure they were flea bites. Very noisy rooms right above the street. The rooms were dark and there want much light for some beds. I was never able to get on the wifi.

Kitchen trashed cause nobody respect the lock out time. So we clean and after two minutes it was used again from somebody . It's only depends from what kind of guests you find ... The reception close at 22. And the staff you find maybe was tired. Sometime the staff is very busy ... Sorry but we are in the city center and during the week end can be noisy if you sleep in the dorm you booked.
