Excellent hotel. Friendly staff, great location. It is a net place that worths its price.

This hotel is in a good location, that is the only plus. The carpet in the room was dirty and the walls had spots where paint was chipping off. In the bathroom, the window next to the shower had dry rot and looked like it needed to be replaced. You could also see that the bottom of the shower curtain had mold. However, the beds were comfortable. Overall, the hotel was tolerable. We felt that we did not get our money's worth. I would not recommend this hotel.

Great value for your money. We got a room with a view of the canal. Everything was clean and fresh. The elevator (with those crazy staircases they got) is a great addition. The location is also amazing: Vondel Park, Rijs Museum and Van Gogh museums are within 10 minutes walk. A central spot with cafes, restaurants, coffee shops and clubs, are 5 minutes away. Public transportation is also very close and there's a bus that goes straight to the hotel from the Airport.

Staff could be a little friendlier !

Great location, friendly and helpful staff and great value. Despite a mix up with our booking for New Years Eve, they took care of us and worked it out immediately. Would definitely stay here again.
