Even though I arrived very early in the morning the staff found a room and were very helpful. Easily walking distance to all the main sights but also close to the tram.

Location is perfect. Staff was able to handle room requests from a gang of seventeen (aged 20 to 60) with various wishes, immediately or eventually. The employee who decided to throw cases of stuff around at 6AM fortunately stopped at being told. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

There are some very steep stairs up to the reception, making it difficult if you have suitcases or other large items of luggage. The wifi connection was average but location was great.

Rooms were nice and clean, but so tiny! We struggled to fit 2 suitcases in there and be able to move around. The walls are also quite thin and you can hear other guests coming/going/moving around during the night and morning. Good location and staff were good. Is quite expensive for what you get, however for Amsterdam it is pretty standard.
