Property Information:
If you're looking for a place to relax and mellow out, we're your place. Our small B&B-style hostel has a relaxed and intimate atmosphere.
Our property is located in the quiet and nicer residential area of Niagara Falls NY, called Deveaux. It's off the beaten track but yet local attractions are just stone throw away.
We have a lovely house with four furnished bedrooms to rent:
Our two Mixed Dorm bedrooms have two single/twin beds in each room, perfect for those travellers on a budget. Beds are rented individually, so, if you are a solo traveller, you will be sharing the room with another guest, unless you reserve both beds.
We also have two Double Bed Private Rooms with a queen-size bed in each room, ideal for singles or couples.
All four rooms share two bathrooms between them. There's no air conditioning in the summer but we do provide electric fans. Continental breakfast is included in the rates and features coffee, tea, bread, jam and butter.
There's three ski resorts nearby - Kissing Bridge Ski Resort, Holiday Valley Ski Resort and Buffalo Ski Club. We're also less than five minutes to Falls and Seneca Casino, Whirlpool State Park and Niagara Gorge, the Devil's Hole and Niagara Power Vista!

The rainbow inn is a very well-designed and comfortable home.The owner is very nice and help us with our personal itinerary concerns and he is a very interesting person who generously shared his wonderful experiences and stories with us.The facilities in the room are very organized and thoughtful as well.To us, it is home away from home.

Cancellation Policy
This property has a 2 day cancellation policy.Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.
Things to Note
1. 13% (8% sales +5% occupancy) Tax is not included in the rate. It will be collected at check-in.
2. There is a minimum stay requirement during certain holidays. 3. We have a 48-hour cancellation policy.
4. No checks, credit or debit cards accepted.
5. Check-in: 3pm until 9pm (or later if pre-arranged in advance) * Check-out: 11am.
6. Children under five years of age (maximum one child) stay free in the same room with the adults using existing bed setting. If the number of occupants exceeds two in each room, please specify age when sending reservation/inquiry request. Thanks!
7. Valid photo ID (ie. Driver's license, passport, identity card, etc) is required at check-in.
