Everything was great for my third time staying at the Rizt. Thank you Tanya, Val, and the rest of the awesome staff at the Ritz. If you need a great place to stay, stay at the Ritz by Hostel Inn in Buenos Aires!

I stayed at the Ritz Hostel in Buenos Aires for a few days in April 2012. Its in a great central location within walking distance to everything in downtown Buenos Aires. Subway access is right outside the front door and from here you can get to any part of the city quickly, safely, and cheaply. The San Telmo District is only a 20 minute walk from the Ritz and the Obelisco is a 5 minute walk. Its safe, clean, and has lots of character. Denise, Tanya, Val, Nano, Rickie, and the other staff at the Ritz were v

I loved everything. The only thing that was not 200% was that I hardly met any other travelers. However, it was nice to have quiet, I am travelling alone and enjoy meeting other people to do things with.

The hostel is located in a really good area. It's so easy to get to the Subte, buses, taxis, or simply go walking to famous places such as Casa Rosada or Calle Florida. The staff in the afternoon was really, really nice! So helpful and always smiling. We had a little issue with insects in our room, but we reported it in the morning and in the same day they used a insecticide spray and solved it. Plus, it has a nice internet connection in both the lounge and in our room.

due to location next to Av 9 de Julio, it is very hard to get to sleep with all noise from the traffic.

Nice hostel right in the middle of BA. The staff were helpful and let me store my bag securely and free there for the week whilst visiting patagonia. The included breakfast is pretty good severed in the little cafe next door. The showers are ok and clean. Security was good, there are lockers in the room for which you need to bring your own lock. The room was locked and secure. Each person is buzzed in through the main door. Staff should promote more actvities in BA, not as good as other hostels.

The bathroom was filthy and smelly. The sheets were dirty, so were the towels (they seemed to have been washed, but had stains). The door was thin as paper, so anyone talking outside your room would wake you up. Location is ok, but not great. And, to top it up, a cockroach woke me up in the middle of the night! Oh, and there were blood stains on the wall.

Location is excellent for sight seeing, bars and restaurants. Staff are very helpful and booked a number of tours for us. WIFI is excellent, throughout and the communal area is a really nice place to chill out. The rooms aren't great, bit untidy and there's no real atmosphere in the hostel but there's so much to do in BA that Ur hardly there. Biggest negative has to be the breakfast, worst yet!

The hostel staff was extremely helpful and friendly during my entire stay. They provided a lot of good information about the area and went above and beyond what was necessary by helping me print documents I needed for a few things and providing me extra help when I injured myself in the city.

This was an average hostel with very expensive beer and an awful breakfast of stale croissant served by very miserable restaurant staff who just chucked it at you.

Really nice place. Loved it! Really well located and many options to eat around. The only thing I missed was lockers. Reccommend it though.

I had great time in the hostel. All the staff was very friendly and help me a lot in everything that I asked. The room is excellent )priivate bed), but a little bit noisy. With a very nice view from the balcony. The location is perfect....very easy to go everywhere by subte or bus around Buenso Aires.

This has been my favorite hostel thus far. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, they even have been patiently teaching me Spanish! The rooms are great, especially for the hostel price you pay. All of the amenities are well appreciated: great WiFi in the whole building, an awesome common area, powerful air conditioning. That's a trifecta in my opinion! I happen to think the breakfasts have been bangin as well. The best part of all though is the location, right on the corner of Mayo & Julio!
