This was my second stay at the hostel. It's one of the nicest I have ever been to: Very friendly staff, very clean, just across the bridge from the city centre and train/coach/bus station (max. 5min walking) and the breakfast is better than in a hotel! you can easily see why it was voted best hostel in UK 2008 after only being opened for just over a year! An outstanding hostel- worth going to Cardiff just to enjoy the hostel! The staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful, even though I had accidently booked the wrong date they went out of their way to accommodate us. Definitely one of the best hostels I've ever stayed at. Very clean dorms and bathrooms, great breakfast selection, and amazing, friendly staff!
