You'll have to pay for ANY other thing there. Adaptors, towels (you have to buy them), lockers, anything! Even paying for a locker, someone from the hostel stole the only thing of value (it was a T-shirt) we left for just one night outside of it. The reception didn't give a damn, also they didn't give a damn when I claimed that I couldn't take a shower because the water was never in a normal temperature (could only be freezing or burning) and I had to take shower in the sink for 3 days!

Terrible place! The staff was rude, the key wouldn't work and the man up front refused to fix it, the dorm smelled, pillow was extremely thin, the entire place was dirty... I could go on forever. Basically stay away!

Very good location, near to Oxford street that you can reach on foot and Queensway underground. The rooms and the bathroom cleaned but the kitchen should be more controlled after people have used it because it was dirty. The staff is not so kind and smiling but rather helpful and available 24 hours. The time for breakfast should be more flexible. at least till 9:30. In conclusion, good relationship quality-price.
