Nice warm and clean rooms. But poor light for reading at night. Not a great breakfast. but I'd definitely say "great value for money".

For the price, this was a great hostel. Nothing too special about it, but the facilities were adequate, the breakfast sufficient, and the rooms and bathrooms were always clean. The staff, always polite and friendly, were helpful with regards to hostel matters, but didn't seem to know very much about visiting London.

If booking a private room you can have a nice breakfast, if you don't it is really a very bad experience!! You don't even have your own pieces of cutlery... Rooms are ok, cleanliness is not the best and narrow aisles are uncomftable. When other guests arrive/leave in the middle of the night or early in the morning the noise is terrible.

Heating for the shower was sparse and needed quite a while to heat up.

It's kind of funny to see everywhere signs warning of theft when every damn door which needs a key card opens without one. Also: we had most of the time cold water in the shower and that during the winter. But i liked the staff and internet etc. was cheaper than at other hostels.

Your receive what you pay. I think the best thing of this hostel is the location, in front of Hyde Park and close to the tube and bus station.

The location is fantastic and the staff friendly. The room was extremly small but the shower was good.The last night we we´re staying there we saw two cockroaches in the bathroom so we were happy to check out.

I recommend.

The hostel is a little shabby, could do with some refurbishing, but it is clean and the personnel are very helpful. It is a shame though that they seem to charge fees for everything, even for using a luggage scale! It also doesn't have very attractive common areas. So it is good if you just want a cheap and comfortable bed

I actually dissatisfy with the cleanliness which is the thing I care most. The cleanliness is too poor and I will not choose it.

The rooms should be renewed and cleaned, There was no place where to hang the towels, no place where to put the soap, Sheets were very old and worn out. Horrible breakfast, dishes dirty and kitchen not enough equipped. Nevertheless the position is good.

Terrible hygiene, there were many huge flies in the bathroom.

My friend and I got seperated which was a bit annoying. Someone also stole my blanket so I only had a sheet to sleep with half-way through December. Other than that it wasn't bad. Although it should be noted that the gret cooked breakfast everyone is talking about is not for those staying in dorms.

Muy limpio, las habitaciones no son un lujo pero por lo que pagas están muy bien. Ideal para ir con amigos. El desayuno pésimo, si no te gustan las tostadas con mantequilla ya puedes buscarte un bar! Y tuvimos un problema con el agua caliente que resultó muy incómodo. Recomendable si no quieres lujos, para pocos días y si quieres dormir barato.

There is not hot water in the morning at this hostel and the personnel does not take it seriously.

Light in shower was broken for over 24 hours, and then they did not repair it properly. Just not worth the price!

Stayed here for a long weekend. Great location right next to a metro station!
