We got here middle of the night so we had to stay for one night as soon as we woke up we left. It looks like a Housing project that was built in the 50's and has not been touched since.

It is a great place to stay, especially with the Pool around, that was great. I also enjoyed the workers too were great..bless all and the Location is a very cool place...

Staff wasn't very helpful to say the least. Bed was very hard, pool was cloudy.

Excellent hostel, had everything we needed. The pool was a huge bonus!

After a week in the Royal Guesthouse, I can talk! The pool is cold but that what you need in the area. Good localization, 7/11 around the corner, restaurants as well. Beds are comfy! But the full building and room NEED a new coat of paint!!!! The lobby as well! Some Doors need to be changed. If you want to save money, you will stay on the 7th floor, no lift. BUT GREAT and pleasant staff always SMILING! That s what matters!

Perfect for the low budget backpacker that wants a pool. The cheapest rooms are very old but everything works. They even make your beds and replaces your towels every day. The lobby is very cozy and the food is okey. A little warning, the safety lockers are humid/wet.

Overall a very nice hostel with friendly staff, nice and cheap restaurant downstairs with a pool. We didn't go in but it was refreshing to put your feet in whilst sunbathing. Close to the night bazaar and the temples around. However there isn't a safe in the room but there is a security room downstairs, hard beds, loud karaoke bar from across the street at night. But despite those points we had a lovely stay and would recommend to others :)

Great staff. The girls in the reception are great .. Keep up the good work!

One of the worst room I have ever stayed in, very dirty, cigarette burns on the bed sheets, brown stains on the curtains, paper thin walls.

Great hotel and location, excellent value. Rooms a little dingy but for the price and overall excellent value. Wonderfully decorated lobby and the staff were incredibly friendly and always helpful.

Good location, decent wifi, great price. They have a separate room filled with lockers to keep your stuff safe but none in the rooms. Right next to the main area of the city!
