Property Information:
The Seaview has been designed with your comfort in mind. Blackpool has a wealth of attractions and things to see and do and so when you return to the guesthouse we want you to feel as though you are at home, Me Casa Su Casa!
The newest edition to The Seaview is our fully licensed bar, ‘The Pink Shell’. Sit in style under the opulent glow of the Pink Shell itself. Then a little later into the evening maybe sample a cheeky ‘Pleasure on the Beach’, one of the bars specialist cocktails.
The lounge is the perfect place to relax and meet new people. Again furnished with your comfort in mind the lounge is a mash up of shabby chic boutique style cut with cool urban class. While away the hours curled up on a sofa reading a book selected from our small Library or catch up with your friends and family back home on the internet.
The large TV and DVD collection should provide enough entertainment if you do not fall off to sleep first in one of our vintage wingback chairs.

A breakfast of cereals tea & coffee is included in the price. A full English breakfast can be arranged at an additional cost of £3.50

What a pleasant surprise ! I was expecting a cheap B&B which it was but I was made to feel like a visiting prince. For starters the bed was as good or better than any Posh place that I've stayed. Everything was done with love, the breakfast was served exactly to my spec and the conversation was easy, light and humorous. The bar has an Absinthe Fountain unlike the Hilton, very original and cultured. Right on sea front by South Pier. Great, hosts, great location, comfortable, original and fun

This property has a 2 day cancellation policy.Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.
Things to Note
Our check in time is 14:00hrs but if your travel plans mean that you will arrive in the town earlier feel free to pop in and drop off your luggage and we will be happy to store it for you until your room is ready.
Our checkout time is 11:00hrs on the day of your departure as if like us you’ll appreciate that little extra time to have to lie in bed or simply just so you can take your time to get ready.
The Seaview excepts group booking too.
