What a pleasant surprise ! I was expecting a cheap B&B which it was but I was made to feel like a visiting prince. For starters the bed was as good or better than any Posh place that I've stayed. Everything was done with love, the breakfast was served exactly to my spec and the conversation was easy, light and humorous. The bar has an Absinthe Fountain unlike the Hilton, very original and cultured. Right on sea front by South Pier. Great, hosts, great location, comfortable, original and fun

This is a new place when I got in, my friend and I were the only guest at that time. The living room is so nice, however the room is so small (double private), but it is okay. The owner is really friendly, and he made us breakfast and tea. The atmosphere was really good. I like this place. The location is also very good, very near to pleasure beach.

Decent place to stay. Friendly staff. Andrew the guy incharge went out of his way to ensure we went made to feel at home. Breakfast was good. Just that some toilets need latches. A bit more safety could be assured it would be brilliant.

Very warm and friendly, personalised service. I would definatley go back to stay at the Seaview and I would recommend it to anyone who was planning to take a trip to Blackpool.
