Very nice hostel. Convenient location, good book exchange, water, wi-fi, hot showers... Stayed here on both ends of our trip and took advantage of the airport taxi shuttle which is convenient and safe.

Good clean hostel with a nice bar area. Stayed in a few places in Quito and this was the best.

I was very excited to stay at this hostel, after reading other reviews. Unfortunately it just didn't work out for us and we left after 2 nights. The security of the hostel was not adequate; the main doors to the hostel are open all day (closed at night), but the reception is on the top floor (anyone can wander). Flimsy locks and no real money-safe. The hostel smelled bad. Drunk 20 yr olds yelling and being aggressive was the last straw before we left.

Great hostel and vibe. The rooftop terrace was a great place to meet people and don't forget to check out their Cotopaxi location as well, one of the best hostels I've stayed at!

Felt truly at home. Enough said.

Great hostel with a really good atmosphere and nice dinners in the evening. Bar was expensive for a hostel bar though, and I wish there had been someplace you could hang out in the hostel after 11, I didn't like either having to go out or go to bed that early.

On first impressions a good chilled out hostel, good beds, good showers, beautiful terrace bar with an awesome view. Be prepared for your curfew though! At 11pm the bar closes and the security guard goes around the hostel telling everyone to go to bed... Breakfasts are good but expensive and you're likely to have people trying to push a hostel dinner or walking tour on you while your waking up. A bit of weird aggressive signage around the place, owner seems to like control... weird place...

Nice hostel, good location and can't wait to go to the sister hostel in Cotopaxi!

Seemed like a good hostel and we were just there at the wrong time. Construction noises and paint fumes surrounded our room, which didn't have a window for ventilation. When we asked to switch, there were no other rooms. The night staff offered to reduce our cost, but then didn't make a note, so when we checked out we had to pay in full. Not a great experience.

Our private room was on the by the main entrance and horribly loud. Needed earplugs. Otherwise ok. Breakfast not included here but you could buy for a few dollars - good variety. Fun atmosphere but got very crowded on rooftop terrace. No kitchen to cook yourself and the dinners weren't that great of a deal but decent. Staff was mostly friendly. They are big on trying to sell you on the secret garden cotopaxi - which we were glad we bought in to! This place is good for meeting people.

Good hostel. Staff don't really know a huge amount of stuff about Quito but there is a travel desk downstairs which has a great walking tour and very helpful. Get kicked out of the bar at 11pm though which is weird. Beds really comfy.

Awesome reception and breakfast staff! So charming and beautiful and the community here is remarkably spritzy!

Very big and busy hostel. They had decided to paint everywhere, while we were there, which made it very difficult to breathe, but they gave us half price on the room, so that was nice of the staff. Good atmosphere on the cool rooftop, but they charge 3$ for a beer, and that is pretty ridiculous! The food they sell is also neither cheap nor very good. The wifi is good, and the location is within walkingdistance of everything.

The staff are all super friendly and helpful and can help you figure out how to get around in the city or to your next destination. Tasty food and a nice comical area with an outstanding view of the Old city. Highly recommend!

Lovely view of the city from their breath taking patio! The owner of the hostel is EXTREMELY friendly, helpful and nice! The regular staff/volunteers were more on the quiet side and did not interact with us much, but could have been a few off/tiring days for them :) Other than being quiet, they were perfectly nice and helpful!

This place was great! After speaking with some other backpackers, we were saved from our horrible stay at Iguana and moved here. Much cheaper and what an amazing vibe. Staff is excellent and helpful. Hot showers just about every time. Really enjoyed my stay here and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Really nice vibe with good people, rooftop and food. Really creaky beds so can be difficult to sleep!

One of the best hostels I've stayed in! Epic!!
