The 3 bed dorm room had a very bad smell. I couldn't stay more than one night. Also the common area could use some work and brightening up.

made a reservation INCLUDING our arrival time - when we got there 30min late (which is a pretty normal thing to happen in cambodia) they told us the room would be gone already although we made a reservation. as it was chinese new year they said everything would be full, staff was extremely unfriendly. so they 'offered' to take us to another hotel, which was disgusting with insects crawling on the bed. when we didn't want to stay there the staff laughed at us! WORSTSERVICEEVA!
