The hotel staff & manager were not very understanding when they found out that our room had been broken into and all of our laptops, cameras, chargers, credit cards, jewelry and irreplaceable personal belongs stolen. Security at this hotel is extremely poor, especially considering that the property is located in the prostitute district. Sketchy people and pimps surround the hotel, so one would think that more security measures would be taken to protect guests. Overall we are extremely unhappy.

Great little boutique hotel, not far from the Metro and a short walk to grand place. The only issue we had was with how hot our room was, a fan would remedy this. Otherwise our room was brand new, clean and surprisingly well appointed: great value for money! The location was good, be aware it is in the redlight district. We had no issues with the girls around the area, however, they attract some interesting characters! Security was excellent though. Would stay there again.

The room was fantastic. It was like a little apartment with a balcony. All very clean and nicely decorated. We did not mind the neighbourhood at all. Staff was friendly and overall it was very good value for money.

Hotel like atmosphere. Not bad, not much contact with other travelers but very nice. Bad wifi though

In a bad area.. but if you are streetwise you will be fine, very close walk to city centre. Couldnt fault the room, 100% better than we thought. Reviews we read were rubbish, lift worked fine, wifi was full bars 24/7, beds comfy. Would stay here again! probably not ideal for a family to stay in due to location.
