The hotel is in red light district, but We haven't been disturbed by anyone even though sometimes you could hear laughs from street. The room was one of the biggest hotel rooms I have ever seen. There was almost everything in the room to live free from outside (cattle, mugs, glasses, pans, plates, microwave, etc.. Almost a proper kitchen) we have seen the face of the staff only at check in and check out. So generally I could say that for the price it is a very good hotel..

The red light district and there are prostitutes on shifts throughout the day. For the price you pay, there are less than basic things, no kettle/tea/coffee. The bedding given for winter temperature was for Summer. A thin quilt, 3 tiny pillows and no spares in the wardrobe. The thin blanket provided had a stain on when we arrived, after the room had just been cleaned. The only good thing is it's location, which is close to restaurants, bars and tourist sights. Staff could have been friendlier.

The room for two is amazing. Very big and confortable. Just 15 minutes from de Grand Place. I loved it because its more a hotel then a hostel and the price is very good. 👍

Not the nest for a family: the red lights zone where are located was unexpected.

I would call this a hotel rather than a hostel. It was well worth it's nightly cost, and was clean and comfortable. There was daily room cleaning which was unexpected, and it was in a reasonably convenient location to the centre

Really kind staff, no computers to use but appreciated the printing available through emailing the hostel, liked the clean and modern rooms.

Loved our room! Perfect for a couple. I wish there would have been a bit more pillows though.

Amazing large room with modern ensure. If we came back to Brussels we would stay here again, good value for money. Walking distance to both city centre and main train station. The activity on the street did NOT bother us at all, I always felt safe and also especially that my room is safe and secure. Staff were very friendly and most importantly staffed 24 hours which was handy when we needed to check out at an odd time. Would highly recommend

The theatre hotel had some great positives, these included very clean and modern bedrooms. It's ideally located close to one of the main stations Brussels Noord and about a 10-15 minute walk for the centre (grand place). It's also relatively cheep for Brussels. However the wider neighbourhood is a bit dodgey and the street itself seems to be epicentre for prostitutes in Brussels. The women seem fine, they don't hassle you. However it's a bit off putting and can be intimidating at first.
