The staff were completly rude and when we asked about attractions/ resturants gave us no helpful information. They also made us wait for no particular reason holding our luggage when we first got there, for five minutes at recptiom desk while they just sat on computer not even acknowledging us. Place was not particularly clean either and some walls in room had mold. Considering that this was a hotel, not hostel, and the price we paid, it was really just pathetic.

I was there for one night only. For a play in the Royal Flammish theatre, so it was perfect for the location, 1min. The "street workers" around are no danger and it's 15 min from the city centre. Staff helpful, smiley and nice! The room was big and cofortable, a little bit cold (-10•C outside though). We had a small kitchen in the room as well as the bathroom (sparkling clean). All that for slightly more expensive then a normal hostel, but as I was there for the theatre it was a GREAT deal!

Good stay although it appears to still be under construction in some areas which was sometimes annoying. Breakfast overpriced and not much on offer. Nice big room, value for money.

Even though we were situated in the red light district we felt very safe and didn't really notice. Room was really nice and spacious. Massive, comfortable bed however was constantly woken up by people outside, not very soundproof. Kitchen didn't have many utensils but did appreciate the microwave. Close to market square, would stay here again.

Even though the hotel is in the red light district of the city, it's not so much a problem as you only need to go down the main road and 'lo you are in the center of Brussels, saint Catherine's market is also fairly easy to get to from the hotel as well. The Hotel staff were great and very cooperative, the rooms were large, clean and a little bit posh for the price you pay. the 7 euro breakfast is also value for money as most of the cafes around the city will ask for the same price for less.

One of the best hostels I have stayed in. Great space, great comfort. The only bad thing is that it is located near the red light district, but it is definitely not an issue at all.

The Hotel is good, a bit poorly located since it is the red district, so there a lot of prostitutes in the neighbourhood. The breakfast is also expensive and there many better options around the city for cheaper. On the other hand, the rooms are very comfortable.

Receptionist was really helpful, the place was nice. Its in the middle of the Red Light District. We had one morning with no hot water, which was a pain. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

The pull-out bed was ridiculous! Your feet were higher than your head. The location was fine. The room was huge! The bathroom was my favorite part! Working shower, huge mirror, tons of space for us 3 girls to get ready at the same time. The room itself was massive too! The bed was huge and really comfortable! I think our only complaints would be about the pull-out bed and the state of the lobby when we got there (construction) as well as the non-working elevator.
