It was really a nice stay I had. Only one staff member was very impolite once, all the others were very nice and friendly. Compared to all Hotels I have seen in Egypt, that one was one of the best. Atmosphere is very good with many people from Russia, I liked it a lot! The system of towels has from my point of view to be improved and clarified. Swimming pool was great and food was great.

It was our first stay and all was nearly perfect. I was impressed by the service at the restaurant. Atmosphere was also very good.
