The staff were very friendly and willing to help whenever I had questions. The place is not too big so there is a nice community atmosphere inside, although I would have preferred a bit more of a party atmosphere at times (there seemed to be a few long-stay visitors there as well and many Spanish speakers if that's your thing). The location is superb, close to the centre and also a bunch of restaurants and night spots - although this meant there was a bit of noise at night from the clubs nearby

I really enjoyed staying at the times hostel. The staff was really nice and they even stored our luggage for us before it was the time to check in.

You can drink coffee, tea and hot chocolate the whole day, it is included in the price! Unfortunately there are only bunk beds in the hostel, so we were sleeping on the mattraces on the floor. Otherwise we had a really good time!

Great hostel, in a central location of Dublin. The breakfast was kind of lame, but what can you expect, at least it's free. Overall I'd recommend it!

Everyone who worked at the hostel was really helpful and friendly. I was sick during my stay so we had a lot of questions and it was really great to have such a helpful staff. Definitely a great value as our room was private with its own bathroom, breakfast was included, there was always tea/coffee available, and internet was nice to have (though the signal wasn't so strong/consistent). I also liked the possibilities of activities and free food/drink in the evenings. Highly recommended!

In the external view it seems to be a bad place to spend the night. However, it is a very nice place, really clean, perfect to spend the night and even to make some friends. The breakfast on the weekend had pancakes and it was really good, I've got really surprised by this hostel! The location is not wonderful, but really near to the St. Patrick's Cathedral and to a park. From the main part of the city it is not that far, only 15min walking in the same street and you are in the Temple Bar region

By and large everything was pretty good, the only thing is that the location, while decent, is a little bit further from the train stations as well as city centre, though it is near Grafton Street shopping as well as St Stephen's Green and Trinity College Dublin

We stayed in the dorm rooms, the beds were relatively comfortable and clean with an ensuite bathroom. The kitchen was huge and breakfast was good to have supplied each morning. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms felt safe. Overall a good stay for the price we paid.

Hostel is very noisy and lights in the room kept being turned on until 1 am which isn't ideal for those who have just had a long journey. Beds were slightly uncomfortable but the bathrooms and showers were very good. Pancake breakfast was underwhelming.

Some staff was helpful, but generally they weren't particularly willing to help with in-hostel problems. They also recommended a pub crawl with Viking Tours and advertised it in the hostel that ended up being a complete waste of money and didn't actually include the advertised free drinks. The beds were also very loud and creaky and you could feel every spring while you were sleeping, plus, every time you as much as rolled over in your sleep, you would wake up the rest of the dorm.

Lovely hostel! Had the double private room facing the back yard. Staff and other guests very nice. Good bathroom. Kitchen was big and well equipped.

I stayed in 10-bed mixed dorm. First 2 nights room had couple small groups from different countries. Hardly anyone interacted with each other. Last 2 nights it was me (female) with nine 22 year olds there to party for buddies bday. Other than all 10 of us being shocked at the sight of each other, they were quite nice & respectful. Staff could've done a better job planning that. Breakfast very basic. Free dinner appreciated but a bit bland. Location was 10-15 min from city center. I won't go back

Nice hostel with very friendly daytime staff. No lockers in the rooms (or at all). Eating/common area is nice and big enough, though it's a shame that the tables are so smalll; it doesn't encourage socializing much. The are enough fridges so that fridge space not be an issue. Beds are comfy and showers are warm with good pressure. Breakfast is basic, but better than no breakfast. The location is ok, although as a tourist you're pretty much always 10-15 minutes from the action.

It's a block away from a major pub / dance club on a shady-looking street. But don't let that put you off! Although a few minutes walk from the main street, it's still do-able. Wifi was pretty bad though; very slow. And it can get quite noisy at night with people coming from the pubs late, but they offer free ear-plugs (plus, you're in IRELAND. Of course you have to stay late at the pubs!).

I would have liked music in the living room and more friendliness but there were small groups of different nationalities and no one talked to each other. Moreover, i really didn't like the way one of the staff member behaved. More friendly with people of her nationality and not really nice to other people around me. Any way, i found the place quite impersonal and preferred ten thousand times the other hostels i went through in Ireland...
