The Towne Hotel Reviews

We enjoyed our stay at the Towne Hotel. We had the best room in the hotel - a junior suite on the top floor facing the street! It was charming. We were able to walk downtown, to the wharf (where our daughter was embarking for Semester at Sea), to the beach, and the Fish Fry.

Great location, homely and friendly and a big thanks to Audrey and staff for making it a very happy trip.

Besides the exclusive hotels in downtown like Hilten, etc. the best and most affordable hotel in Nassau. The only really negative thing is the breakfast.

This is a hotel owned and run by Bahamians- a nice change from the resort atmosphere. The staff were generally helpful, and the food was freshly prepared by their cook and was delicious.

The Christmas decolation of the holl and livingroom were so nice. The breakfast was good. The only things I didn't like was a mosquito in my room. The location was awesome.

I had reservations based on previous reviews, "basic, etc..". In actual fact, I really couldn't fault this place. It was clean, comfortable, good facilities in the room, very friendly and helpful staff. It's safe and quiet, and in a great location to everything downtown, (the tourist area). I would definitely stay here again.

It was in a central location, with everything we needed, including free internet. We ended up staying here for 4 nights!

rooms could have been a bit cleaner.....but staff are warm, friendly bahamians....very homey atmosphere will stay there next time too.

The staff were lovely & very welcoming from the moment I arrived in the door to the Towne! A great way to start off my trip to Nassau!

Taxes should show up when booking the rooms, since in that case, one third of the price is added!
