Good place to stay with 24 hour staff and check in. Nice lounge to meet other people. Cafe on roof terrace. Luggage room. Beds were comfortable, but no mattress protectors so had a scuzzy feel. Rooms very basic, but good a/c.
Amazing hostel with nice bar at the roof top where you can drink something or simply stay & work on a laptop. Always quiet, clean and with very friendly staff. Wi-Fi was not so fast at daytime but I recommend always just to buy a Maxis Hotlink 4G SIM. The location is just amazing, only one station from KL Sentral + near China Town, Central Market and the start station of GoKL (purple line) free bus.
really very friendly staff especially sam and sandy are very friendly however mr.sam is the star of hospitality and very friendly person. He volunteerly assists and also provide good guidance time and again with smile. cleaning staff are simply very good, they used to focus on their work. As a human resource manager, i need to pat on the back of management, staff and also i really enjoyed a stay with you guys. keep it up your worldly service.my family joins with me to extend this compliments.sam
Keep the good work for the traveller big thanks👍
Room smelled a bit of sweat because there were a lot of people in it and the AC could not be set to another temperature. Cool roof terrace, friendly and helpfull staff and close to public transport
I realised once I left that I was overcharged for my stay WiFi was spotty. 3rd floor bathrooms need an overhaul. Hostel is no smoking yet staff smoke in the stairs.
The hostel is on second floor. Guests will not have access and need to ring bell every time enter the hostel. Need to take off shoes in the entire hostel but the floor is not very clean. The first day I arrive the staff told me there is breakfast before 11am but the next morning different staff told me breakfast is only coffee and tea which is serve 24 hrs. Seriously? if there is no breakfast then don't tell me there would be. The sound prove was terrible, I could hear door bell ringing in 3am.
I really liked this hostel! Comfortable beds, no party hostel but lively and big enough to meet a lot of people. (Bath)rooms were very clean and had great showers. The hallways were also kept clean daily. The best part of this hostel was the rooftop bar, with superfriendly staff and a nice view of KL tower and Petronas towers. Perfect place for reading a book when it's raining or meeting people at night. In general, staff was great,. thank you for a great stay.
I really liked this hostel. It has a very convenient location - easy to get to from the airport and a lot of attractions within walking distance. The staff were mostly friendly. One lady on reception seemed quite disinterested but she wasn't rude and did answer my questions. I stayed in a single room which was very small and quite hot but had the necessities (bed and fan). The shared bathroom was clean and nice. Breakfast was fine but nothing special.
Really different rooms , with a little luck you get a good one.

If you don't mind spending a bit the rooftop bar was an awesome atmosphere with a great view. If you stay on a Saturday they have a yummy free bbq set up! They offer free tea, water, wifi is ok and they have a computer for use. Bedrooms and bathrooms were basic. Location is right next to Chinatown and 5 min away from central market. Overall had an average stay, but make sure you know where you're going - a bit confusing to get there on first time.
Good stay in general, I would stay again. It was clean and secure, with good wifi and computer access. There was free filter water which was a huge bonus. However the staff weren't particularly nice, especially the western woman on reception in the evenings, she was pretty rude. Other staff were OK but very blunt, nothing like most of the places i've stopped in Malaysia.
My stay here was short but marvelous... if I come back this way, I will stay here :D
The Location of the hostel is good, just a few minutes to the Chinese Quarter with a big market or the Central Station of the Monorail. I stayed in the 12 person dorm, every bed has it's own charging plug and a little lamp, that's very comfortable. There's a kitchen w, you get free coffee/tea and toast with jam for breakfast. I've found that there's no special atmosphere but it was nice. In general I would recommend it.
