we enjoyed our time at the travel hub, the staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful. You get what you pay for, but the beds were clean and comfy, you get toast in the morning and there is great air con. There is a karoke bar downstaris which can get a bit loud at night time. Chinatown is a bit dirty but was very central. All in all good stay....

The Travel Hub is in a great location within easy walking distance of many prime KL site. Their are loads of great places to eat in china town too! The helpful and accommodating staff made this place an ideal first stop. One of travel hubs major set back (that cannot be helped by staff) is the copious sound pollution, as it is located so close to china town. I would stay again but expect to hear some appalling karaoke into the early hours of the morning...

Loved the free wifi and friendly environment! Very easy to meet other travellers. Almost perfect stay except for one thing: bed bug bites. The staff moved all affected guests to different beds and tried to accommodate the incident. For ex. they compensated my expedited laundry costs since my flight was leaving in a few hours, and I didn't want to risk spreading any bugs. Hope it's all been resolved by now because really is a great hostel with great staff!

The location is fairly good. I must be more sensitive than most when it comes to smoke, after the first, and therefore only night my sinuses wouldn't stop dripping for about 3 days. Some over the counter, passport required drugs cured it on the third day. Also, had a few bites that I thought were mosquitoe bites, but heard from other people who stayed there that it was closed due to bed bugs the day after I left. Should most likely look elsewhere if you can afford.

There were a few things that looked run down that needed fixing, but i think they started looking into that before we left.

The location set aside, the GH is adorable greatly due to its staff. Lily, the Sri Lankan owner, and the Iranian boy workin' part-time there, couldn't be more helpful and friendly. Lily is our lovely trip-advisor. There's sth. wrong with the toilets there, seems only 1 out of 4 is okay 4 shower. But that's ok.

Simple but clean and central. Free breakfast and tea and coffee. Single rooms have no windows and TV is very close to rooms and can be noisy. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The Hostel was fine, no major problems. The only issue had to do with the dorms, which had the beds so close together that it was hard to get a good night's rest without either disturbing the person next to you or them disturbing you. Otherwise it was fine. The daytime staff is really awesome and knowledgeable. The guy who works at night didn't seemed like he was high all the time.

An excellent hostel. The living area in the entrance is the perfect way to meet fellow travellers. Staff was wonderfull : nice and knowledgeable on the city. The hostel is perfectly located in Chinatown just minute-walk from both the skytrain and subway : you get anywhere in KL easily. Hostel is very clean and offers tea/coffe/toast for breakfast, which is always nice. Matresses are really soft (you like it or not) but it\'s like that everywhere in Malaysia. I\'ll def be back when in KL.

The hostel is really so so but it is in a good location and the lady on the reception is really nice! But the bathrooms are not really clean, there was no hot water and the breakfast was really poor. And you do not receive anything with which you can cover while sleeping - just plan matress.
