I really love this place. It's clean, comfortable, and a great rooftop bar to meet travellers. But this place needs NEW STAFF!!. The guy who checked me in was full on high. He's cool to talk to if he likes you but if he doesn't like you for some weird reason expect to have arguments over nothing. Anyways ruined my stay here which is a shame, I won't be back.

At first I was shocked how small the single room is, but actually i liked my stay a lot there, because you just spent the night in the room and it was clean. Showers and toilets are together and its always wet but that seems to be normal here. It is just one station from the Central Bus Station and they have a nice living room and rooftop bar, and so plenty of space to get to know people. I felt very comfortable there and definitely recommend that place for a stay in Kuala Lumpur :)

Nice staff.very clean place. Good value.

had the bad luck of getting the shoe box of a single room without window which was noisy at night and light was shining in from the corridor all the time. but for the price good value (20 riggit). Unfortunately no toilet paper but therefore an incredibly friendly and helpful receptionist/manager that made up for everything! Truely recommendable as a budget option.

Clean hostel in the China Town area, rooms with windows are okay and clean, so are the bathroom facilities. Common rooms are spacious and there is wifi everywhere. We liked the free coffee and tea all day. Just the staff wasn't so friendly and welcoming.

Good place, highly recommend

The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

It's definitely one of the best hostel experiences I've ever had and it was thanks to the staff, specially Michael, which is such an asset to the place. The hostel itself it's very big and the 8 bed room was quite spacious and silent, given than the beds have a wooden frame (against the metal frame of the 12 bed room) so it's was definitely awesome. Plus, it is pretty pretty clean. The Travel Hub lounge it's even awesome-er and it will be even better when it's finished. Loved my stay.

The place was clean and had a good vibe.

I stayed in a private room so my review and experience is based on that. The staff are quiet friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are shared but are clean and have a good water pressure and hot water (not that you needed it much). Air con was good inside the room and inside the building. They have a bar area upstairs with a pretty nice view of the city and a nice place to meet other travellers for a drink. Saturday nights is the BBQ night with free food and a good way to meet other travellers ove

Public transport nearby. Many food outlets and Petaling street shopping are very close. Safe place and friendly staff. Sam was very helpful.

The Travel Hub is a fantastic place to stay in KL. For people who have just arrived, about to leave or visiting for the sights, it is ideally located. It's set between the monorail and the metro system so you can get anywhere in the city with ease. On top of that, it's a two minute walk from the bustling Chinatown market where you can buy delicious and cheap food. The hostel is clean and the staff are fantastically welcome. I highly recommend a trip to the rooftop bar to meet Captain Morgan.

It is a very special place, with a good vibe and it has always incredible surprises, made to get great place from all over the world together for a good time!

The staff need to be more welcoming and willing to talk to the guests. The entrance doesn't seem safe, I quite often arrived to the hostel where the door had just been left open.

The travel hub is well located in China town near the metro and the bus terminal. As well as central market and lots of great places to eat. The staff were very friendly and helpful and even put on a free BBQ on the Saturday night. We stayed here twice while in KL and would definitely recommend it.

The room floor and toilets are clean but I was bit by bedbugs and killed three in my room...Thay should sanitize the bed more often.

Good location for access to public transport, other than that not much to shout about. Staff friendly enough, but it is pretty basic. The rooms and bathrooms through the door on the right at the top of the stairs are vastly better than the other rooms. If I were to stay there again, I would try and book one of those instead.

If you want a great location near Chinatown I would definitely recommend this hostel. Clean, efficient and nice.

These hostel was my best experience with hostels ever. It is just a few minutes away from the monorail so the location is perfect, there is no noise. It is located right next to the China town. Rooms where so pretty and comfortable, we took a room for three girls and it was just perfect. The staff itself couldn't be better. Lady that owns the hostel threw a barbecue party on the roof and it was super fun. There was even a contest in eating strange local food :) Definitely the best!!

Bathrooms weren't very clean and it was very noisy with doors banging, very loud conversations and shouting until very late. The dorm beds creaked so whenever someone moved around it made a lot of noise.
