Good location near china town. I stayed in a shared room in the newer part of the hostel, and an individual room in the older part of the hostel. The newer pary is superb, no complaints! TV, aircon etc. The older part of the hostel is more basic, my bed was really noisy. I was also near the entrance so comings and goings also kept me awake. Still for the price it's pretty good. I would stay there again.

We stayed in the newer part of the hostel in a 3 person private room. Comfy beds, wifi, tv, aircon. Shared bathroom was clean with hot showers. I would recommend staying here.

Most of the staff were very friendly. There is a nice rooftop bar. The gave us a free bbq one night. I really enjoyed my stay here.

It was hard to find the hostel, so better directions would be nice. Breakfast was nice, and the rooftop bar was chill. Good quality place.

Very friendly staff in this conveniently located, relaxed hostel. The bar really adds to the atmosphere as well! Beds in the big dorm could be improved as they are a bit squeaky :)

The bar on the rooftop is amazing! A great place to make new friends!

Everything went really well! Check-in and Check-out went really smoothly, and the workers were really kind. I would definitely recommend this place for friends!

I really love this place. It's clean, comfortable, and a great rooftop bar to meet travellers. But this place needs NEW STAFF!!. The guy who checked me in was full on high. He's cool to talk to if he likes you but if he doesn't like you for some weird reason expect to have arguments over nothing. Anyways ruined my stay here which is a shame, I won't be back.

At first I was shocked how small the single room is, but actually i liked my stay a lot there, because you just spent the night in the room and it was clean. Showers and toilets are together and its always wet but that seems to be normal here. It is just one station from the Central Bus Station and they have a nice living room and rooftop bar, and so plenty of space to get to know people. I felt very comfortable there and definitely recommend that place for a stay in Kuala Lumpur :)

Nice staff.very clean place. Good value.

had the bad luck of getting the shoe box of a single room without window which was noisy at night and light was shining in from the corridor all the time. but for the price good value (20 riggit). Unfortunately no toilet paper but therefore an incredibly friendly and helpful receptionist/manager that made up for everything! Truely recommendable as a budget option.

Clean hostel in the China Town area, rooms with windows are okay and clean, so are the bathroom facilities. Common rooms are spacious and there is wifi everywhere. We liked the free coffee and tea all day. Just the staff wasn't so friendly and welcoming.

Good place, highly recommend

The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

It's definitely one of the best hostel experiences I've ever had and it was thanks to the staff, specially Michael, which is such an asset to the place. The hostel itself it's very big and the 8 bed room was quite spacious and silent, given than the beds have a wooden frame (against the metal frame of the 12 bed room) so it's was definitely awesome. Plus, it is pretty pretty clean. The Travel Hub lounge it's even awesome-er and it will be even better when it's finished. Loved my stay.

The place was clean and had a good vibe.

I stayed in a private room so my review and experience is based on that. The staff are quiet friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are shared but are clean and have a good water pressure and hot water (not that you needed it much). Air con was good inside the room and inside the building. They have a bar area upstairs with a pretty nice view of the city and a nice place to meet other travellers for a drink. Saturday nights is the BBQ night with free food and a good way to meet other travellers ove

Public transport nearby. Many food outlets and Petaling street shopping are very close. Safe place and friendly staff. Sam was very helpful.

The Travel Hub is a fantastic place to stay in KL. For people who have just arrived, about to leave or visiting for the sights, it is ideally located. It's set between the monorail and the metro system so you can get anywhere in the city with ease. On top of that, it's a two minute walk from the bustling Chinatown market where you can buy delicious and cheap food. The hostel is clean and the staff are fantastically welcome. I highly recommend a trip to the rooftop bar to meet Captain Morgan.
