Fantastic!! I LOVE this place. I will definately be coming back. There is a great atmosphere, beautiful surroundings and Gerhard cooks delicious home-cooked meals and the "staff" are more like friends letting you crash at their place. What more could you want?!

The Treehouse is not a hostel - it is a Bed and Breakfast. It is 7km from the main town, there is no public transport to the hostel and they do not like it when you bring your own food. You cannot use their kitchen, fridge or laundry and everything is done for you at a price. Dinner is 9 Euro, pizzas are 7 Euro, Beer is 3 Euro, Laundry is 5 Euro, bike hire is 9 Euro....etc. There were only two other guests there and they make most of their money from selling beer and food to the local men that go there in t

I had such a happy holiday at the Tree House, thanks to the wonderful staff and owner who took a personal interest in each guest and went out of their way to oblige. No hesitation in recommending the Tree House to my friends.

Wonderful stay here. Gerhard is a top bloke and food and environment is exactly what i needed. definately recommend!
