Dirty room, last person's bedding, towels, trash still in the room, and a cockroach. Never go to Miami over Memorial Day. Parties in the lobby at all hours of the night and helicopters patrolling Collins. Most horrible experience, no sleep.

Very well located, between Lincoln Road and Ocean Drive. One block from the beach. Good atmosfere, quiet and clean. Not good the tipical "hostel" mood. More like a hotel. If you are looking for party time and meeting people it's not the best place. But if you look for a good accomodation and cleaness, this is the place. Very nice swimming pool, great patio, and barbecue outside. There's also a laundry...very helpfull. I recommend it.

I have to say that the manner of the people in the front desk are quite poor and very rude! They lack of interest to help the travelers is incredible remarkable. The hostel need to teach to these people better behavior of change the those employees. I have to add that the rest of personnel were very really pleasant!

the location is really central, close to the beach and the main streets...we were in the dorms and the room was awful, but for the price we paid we couldn't expect more.

The location was good, but the rooms were very poor, and they made me pay more saying that hostel world was keeping the % i pay by credit card, when i never had that problem before with any hostel.

For the price, you can't really fault this place though some may try.....Top location, always clean and cheap, especially the dorm rooms. Th sonly thing I could say is if you are a party hostel person, this probably isn't your place, it attracts older people and couples, go elsewhere i think its on 9th street if you want the party hostel.

The staff must be more friendly with good looking smile and the prices must enclose taxis and please return the deposit of the sheets and lastly when my air flight changed more than 24 hours earlier they refused to give me back one day fee of 8 days I registered for

This place is extremely quite, the cleaners come every day and the front desk was serius but not too friendly. They don´t give many tips or information to help your stay, ask for it. There is a luggage room, but they have no control of who uses it. The pool is great! In general I liked it, would go again and recomend it.

For low budget and Miami Beach, this is a very good choice.

i arrived late, went for a walk and then to sleep and left the next day early in the morning - just spending a night between two flights - it was just fine, nothing exceptional, reasonable price (considering the hostel prices in the us). the location was quite awesome though and easy to get to from the airport by public transportation. i could easily hang out there for three or four days, the common space seemed pretty nice - maybe next time when i'm in miami.

Its was ok, good location but money was stolen from my bag....twice. My room mates were friendly and long term guests at the hostel where I was only staying 2 nights.
