Staff were very helpfull on advising where to go and what was local to the hostel. The location of the hostel was the best part about it, just a 5 min walk to ocean drive and the beach.

The guy at the reception was very unfriendly and "service" was an foreign word to him. Moreover, the room was really poor and the facilities even worse.

No lockers in the rooms. Nice pool.

The location of this place is fantastic and it's a relaxed setting for South Beach. Not a party hostel, which is a good thing. The lady working the desk was fabulous, but the other staff were "okay". Not all that friendly. The room was a good size and the outdoor area is nice. The bathrooms, though, were kind of brutal. I hoped they'd be cleaner. Overall, things were pretty average.

Good located to get around South Beach, however not a such safe place where to leave your stuff (no lockers, no control where you leave your stuff in the "luggage room").

Very friendly and helpful front desk person, ideal location for enjoying South Beach, nearby parking building@$16per 24 hours, large room with double bed, quiet atmosphere.

Perfect location! It has everything. The private rooms are a bit 90's and it could be a bit more cleaner, for example; vacuüm the floor better (lots of tiny hair in bathroom), airconditioning is dirty. A hairdryer in the room won't be a bad idea, now you need to borrow one from the reception. But it's worth the money, Can't complain. The swimmingpool area is very nice!

Great location, although the cleanliness not very good. People in the front desk were helpful expect one lady called Tess, she was very rude and gave me a grief me just because I asked for a blanket.

Though the price is really low, but there are some things that need to be changed. People usually have many devices, especially tourists.. And we were really unpleasantly surprised that there were ONLY ONE wall outlet in our room. We were embarrassed trying to charge two cellphones, a camera battery and to blow-dry hair. The second is an old and very uncomfortable matress with a big hole on one side. The room needs to be renovated. The only good thing is location.

Brilliant location makes a great base for a Miami Beach stay. Rooms as pretty basic but have what you need and are clean. Staff very helpful when we messed out our room safe code.

The hostel staff was not friendly. To begin with, they put me and my friend in separate rooms although we booked the room together. Then they told us they didn't provide blankets. We got there late at night and had to go to a store to buy blankets because it was cold. They only give you the sheets and you have to fix your bed. Even if you live in the US, they ask for a passport. This is the only place that asks for that since all hotels in the US accept a US driver license as identification.
