Was told that we could not check in until 4 when we arrived at 12. With this infomation not given to us over the phone when we rang the day before, we were more then not happy. We found another location to stay and tryed ringing the front desk without answer, thinking that they didnt mind (or want us to update them) about us not staying there we left it at that. Days later I was charged $60 for not staying there, Harsh and NOT happy. Staff member was rude on the front desk as well. Thx 4 nothing

As we are a hostel on a ski hill, our office is not open between the hours of 12pm and 4pm due to obvious reasons! Everyone is out skiing or snowboarding! We do have signs letting you know where everything is in our hostel and encourage people to make themselves at home! We always have a housekeeper on during the hours are office is closed and Im sure she would have been more than happy to assist you. We have a pager set up right at the front desk. You push the button and someone will come running to help you! As we are the only hostel on the mountain and are usually full we make our check in time 4pm to ensure the rooms are clean and fully linened! Sorry you didnt get a chance to experience our awsome hostel! Maybe next time we can accomodate you better!
