They make you hand in your room key every time you leave the hotel not to mention the location was a little more removed than I had imagined. It was also right next to the university so if you're looking for a good night'a sleep this is not the place for you... although I must say the bed was pretty comfortable. In hindsight, I probably would not stay here again.

There is no luggage storage space - after you check out, you leave your bags in the lounge in front of the reception. They tape your name onto them, but it's not as safe as you might find in a hostel. The rooms were clean and mostly soundproof. The main issue I had was that The Victorian House is located on a VERY STEEP hill, and you also have to climb steps to the reception. It's a block away from the Glasgow School of Art, but I definitely don't recommend this place if you have heavy luggage.

Maybe the breakfast could be served until a little later. 8:45 a.m. is too early.

I absolutely loved this hotel! Excellent price, the room is very big and comfortable!

Nice Layout and close to everything worth the money.
