We only booked the hostel the night before arriving and were very pleased to find a vacancy somewhere so central. Staff were very helpful when we booked in and we parked outside the building with a permit for just £2. The room was ensuite at the top of the house. We booked a double but ended up with a family room. The bed was a bit hard and tired and the bathroom was very small. The shower had no hot water so we had to use one of the shared ones along the hall. Happy with it all in all.

it is a good place to stay, close enough to the centre of Glasgow. Breakfast is as good as it gets. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. We stayed in the third floor, quite the stairs! Internet sometimes doesn't reach. All in all, i would come back.

The room was spacious enough and there is wifi and a tv. The bathroom smelled awful and we had to air it out every time we got home. Breakfast was average. We didn't see many other people around. It would have been nice to be able to check in a bit earlier (we arrived at 7am). Felt like we were told to leave our luggage and shown the door, we couldn't take a few minutes to consult a map as the woman kept prompting us. Had to return the key each time we left, like kids. Be prepared for stairs.

No hot water in the shower, average breakfast... Otherwise, good location, clean and very cheap...Won't recommand it for a romantic trip, though.
