Great value for money - amazing breakfast! Its in a central location but up a hill so it doesn't get the noisy traffic. Rooms are spacious.

Breakfast was adequate, but only just so! Hotel is in a very good area, central and within walking distance to many amunities. The rooms provides a bed to sleep in, no frills. But that's what I needed on this occasion, certainly wouldn't bring a girlfriend along though.

This was a great guest house. There was a full cooked breakfast of bacon gigs etc which went down a treat! Probably not a party hostel if that is what you are in to. The staff were really nice and helpful.

I had a reservation with hostelworld and when I arrived my name was not there!! The place was fully booked and I had to find an accommodation by myself. I already report hostelworld and still no answer!! Staff very unhelpful, and even one of them said: "Please leave, don't waste my time!" (and he was watching tv!) Unbelievable! Halloween night definetely ruined.

Breakfast schedule a wee thight : hard to chose between scottish breakfast and a late morning ! But then, just the fact that this is the only kind of question that pops into one's head, it must be that they're doing something right !

I found it very difficult to find my room (confusing layout). I think the reception person should help guests to their room initially. I did not like having to hand in my key every time I left the hotel- this was an inconvenience.

Very nice place to stay, especial mention of the cleanliness of the rooms and dinning areas! I was greatly surprised and had a lovely stay, even though it was only one night. Highly recommended!

Booked 2 single roomsa for 2 nights but when asked to sign the booking it was 1 room for 4 nights. Luckily the hostel managed to secure a room in their sister hotel down the road so didn't cause too much problem and staff were apologetic. Breakfast was very good and rooms were clean.

The room was big enough for a double bed and it would have been nice to have had this for those of us a little on the large side for a single bed!
