This is a charming, quaint guesthouse. I stayed here for a few nights and found it quiet, but relaxing. 10-15 minute walk from from most destinations. The continental breakfast had a lot of variety and was quite good.

The private room was very good, large, clean, and a very confortable bed. Breakfast was lovely, fresh fruit, yogurts, hot food, cereals, juice... The hostel is in a very quiet area, but only 10 minutes away walking to the city center. The negative points, well, you can't check-in before 1 pm, and they don't have a room to leave the luggage. So, we had to go to the bus station to store it safely.

We stayed in a double room with bathroom. The room was a good size and the bathroom clean with a great hot shower. The hotel is in a good location, next to the art college and easy walking distant to the main shopping areas of Glasgow. The breakfast is fantastic! Lots of choice, so you can get a full hot breakfast or if you prefer cereal you can also get that. I would definitely stay here again.

very satisfied andenjoyed our stay. would certainly recommendto other people. hope to stay again one day.

Me and 3 of my friends stayed for the night as we had a gig that was gonna finish quite late and we wanted something cheap that was near the venue to do us for the night but the Victorian surpassed our expectations when we arrived. It looked lovely from the outside, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was very spacious with 2 double bed(we didn't mind sharing beds), an ensuing, a massive window with a table and chairs and TV. It was fantastic. The comp breakfast was the icing.

The room, a private three bed, was large and comfortable, however it has a smell to it, sort of dingy and moldy. Room located in the basement.
