Friendly staff! Wonderful offerings of coca tea when we arrived. Nice breakfast. Very nice view of Cuzco from the upper level lounge. Nice atmosphere. We had a very large private room with some character. A little cold at night though- it would been nice to have some heat in the room.

The staff knows nothing. they never mentioned that they won't accept US dollars but ask for soles only on arrival, and it is much more than we suppose to pay. The location is not the best, several blocks from main square.
