Easy to find, friendly hostel about 10mins walk from centre of Ulverston. Clean, warm and accomodating - couldn't have asked for more really. Drove into Bowness (20mins) and visited Ambleside and Windermere from there easily also. Would stay here again!Easy to find, friendly hostel about 10mins walk from centre of Ulverston. Came to the hostel at 4pm, no one was home, had to wait 20mins before someone comes home and open the door for me, no apology for waiting. But overall I had a great time. Hostel located close to the Canal and Hoad Hill. This is a excellent hostel, one of the better ones I have stayed in. Good location. Friendly staff. Very clean. If I happen to go around the area again, I would definately go and stay there.
