I really enjoyed my stay here. The breakfast was very good and the staff was so nice. The beds were a little squeaky and the train was right by, but it was a great location. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed in a room with 18 mixed beds and while it was full at times with many people moving in and out, I did not worry about personal safety or belongings. The room lacked adequate lighting, which made it difficult to pack properly, but it was great to have a shower and sink in suite. The kitchen is a bit small and is sometimes crowded, but it serves your needs. It was the best place to meet other travelers and staff. The staff and general atmosphere of the hostel was what made my experience.

Highly recommended. Beds seem to more comfortable compared to other London hostels. The internet is not crippled like almost everywhere else in London. All is good.

Stayed here for around a week, have nothing negative to say about this hostel. Staff extremely friendly, free breakfast is amazing. Best location for all the sights could easily walk to All of the majors including the museums. If your feeling lazy tube station 2 min walk away. Hostel set up great especially the kitchen it's small but Everyone becomes friends due to close quarters. Would 100% stay again can't speak highly enough of it

The bunk beds squeeked like crazy any time someone moved during the night. Also you could hear the train very loudly from your room. Would definitely not recommend to someone that has trouble sleeping as I usually sleep like a rock and was not able to rest.

Pro- The staff is on-site and actually handles situations that arise immediately!! Is VERY clean considering the traffic, incl. beds. Sometimes a wait for showers/sinks. Kitchen is workable (open 8-21). There is a bar that is wonderfully social on ground floor, this is also where the FREE breakfast is served. Also FREE wifi throughout. Con- the bar is the ONLY COMMON AREA and is closed after last call and before 8am. no other place to hang-out if your hours are jet-lagged and room-mates sleep.

Loved them - the staff is wonderful and always willing to help out. They even offered to sit down with me and help me plan out my whole stay in London so I wouldn't miss anything important.

The dorm room was uncomfortably hot at night and my pillows and sheets looked very dirty/ very used. Great for people who just want a bed, but this is really all you get (and a springy squeaky one at that). Other hostels I have stayed in put much more effort in giving advice and helping you settle, all were cleaner and none have had bedding as dirty as here. Really didn't enjoy my stay here.

Staff, location and price for London were great but there was no clip for shower head so you had to hold it, there were only 2 showers and 2 ladies toilets on the first floor for 24 beds and the kitchen was only suitable for an average family house, there was no where to sit and eat . I was told I could bring my food down to the bar and eat but that was down 2 flights of stairs and if I had wanted to eat after 6.30 I would have been out of luck anyway as all the tables were reserved for a quiz.

The hostel was great! I could have been in a better place. The stuff (specially alex), were always with a smile.in their face, giving advice and talking to everybody. The location is perfect, the breakfast was also great. I loved the bar and also the bed, very comfortable rooms. I had an excellent time there, hope to repeat!

Excellent two night stay in female dorm, the only thing that annoyed me was all the dudes constantly hanging around the female only floor. Isn't that the point of a female floor? It was fine and they were nice enough but there's something unnerving about having to climb over a group of guys in front of your door on a midnight toilet run.
