Good location. Best thing about White Rabbit is the price. Cheap beers as well. Rooms are extremely basic but that's reflective of the price. Main dorm room is boiling hot during the night even with air con. Needs to be addressed. Showers need more power! Atmosphere was ok, needs more staff/traveller interaction i.e. quiz/karaoke/games night/drinking games. Just something. Overall: cheap average hostel. Wouldn't return. 5/10
Nice staff, very helpful and friendly. Good little bar that was nice to hang out at, however my boyfriend and I had a double bedroom and it really was horrible. The ceiling is covered in damp and is filthy. The window is also covered by a dirty smelly bed sheet stuck to the wall with sellotape. The location is also a good bit from the centre, you need to get tuk tuks a lot. You can get better accommodation that is also affordable near the waterfront. I would advise to check there not whiterabbit
Nice little hostel in a central part of town. 10 min walk from S21 prison and museums. They can arrange a tuk tuk for you to do the killing fields as well. Which was cheap! The staff at the bar are really friendly and informative about buses and how much things should cost etc. The food at the bar was really nice. It was a bit annoying that they weren't doing breakfast or lunch the day I was there but there's enough places nearby. I had a private room which was fine for the price.
Hostel is in great location, within walking distance from Genocide Museum and also other big attractions. Staff are really friendly and dorms were clean and large. Only thing is there are no lockers and dorm doors are left unlocked so not the best security. Good value for money and free beer on arrival!
Only stayed one night. Had a nice bar attached with good beer prices. Beds were ok soft and clean.
Was an okay hostel - didn't have too much of an atmosphere but the staff were helpful and the beds nice and big.
I LOVED my stay at The White Rabbit! Cheap drinks, great atmosphere, and really good food (you have to try the chicken burger!). They have happy hour from 4-7 pm with 75 cent beers. Everyone hangs out at the bar at night which makes it an ideal place to meet other backpackers. The beds are comfortable and the A/C makes the room nice and chilly. There's a movie room too if you want to have a relaxing night :] They arrange busses & tours, do laundry & can help with your visa. Highly recommended!!
Staff were great and very helpful. Helped us find a pool on a hot afternoon and us great advice for our days in Phnom Penh and also great advice for the rest of our travel around Cambodia. Great little bar, cheap drinks and a good, relaxed atmosphere. Thanks to Jnr and Sean for all their help!
Nice and small hostel. Cheap beer, located close to touristic places, close to restaurants and close to night life. If you are staying in the 4 beds dorm be aware that it doesn't have air con and it's not separated to the dorm with more beds. Although we had a nice night of sleep just using the fans.
Amazing hostel, couldn't say bad word about the place or anyone there

Friendly staff and nice social area / bar (with a free beer) but unfortunately the forms are not that great....especially the bathrooms which are always dirty. Also not really central location which means you have to take a tuk tuk to go almost everywhere. There are better places in Phnom Penh at the same price!
Poor aircon. No hot water. Staff could have been more friendly.
cool hostel, with tidy rooms, hot water, and a sociable bar/food area. walking distance to toul sleng, but note you will have to pay a couple of bucks for a tuk tuk everytime you want to go to and from town. definately enjoyed our stay.
The mould in the room was totally unacceptable and the damp bedding and towels. We were also kicked out of our room early when no one else was comming in and I had asked to stay one extra hour because i was unwell. Also breakfast was not included and when we did buy it it was discusting. Hugely overpriced.
Nice hostel with good bar and TV room downstairs. I stayed in the 10-bed dorm and the bed were great size (wider than a normal single bed) and not too cramped. Shared bathrooms were also nicely sized rooks with toilet and shower, all very clean. The front desk was empty until around 7:30 in the morning and breakfast didn't start until after 8, which I found surprising given how many travellers have early morning buses to catch.
We stayed in room 1, a private double, and while the rest of the hostel was lovely, there was mould on the ceiling and really bad mouldy damp smell from the room...
Was a nice place and close to the killing fields, etc. however it was hard to find places to eat and drink close by. If in a different location I would stay again however I got a bit bored!
I stayed 2 nights at dorm room. The atmosphere is very good and the staff is friendly.
Great little hostel in quite a good location. Most of the sites are within walking distance. Good food and staff! Could do with a cleaner toilets, but other than that it was perfect! Sean - your recommendation for Kampot Naga house was spot on too!
Very cool place. Would definitely recommend
