Helpful, excellent English speaking staff. Can't complain much at all--the rooms were warm and the bathrooms were as clean, if not a bit cleaner, than what one would expect in a hostel. The location is a bit of a walk from the center of the city, but the Termini station is only a few blocks away and easily links you to anywhere you need to go. However, walking is definitely an option--just bring better shoes than I did! You don't want blisters on your feet.

I had a great time at the yellow! The only downside was the small bathroom and shower, other than that the location was great, the staff was outstanding and the rooms were clean! I def. will go back to the yellow if I decide to visit Rome again!

This isn't a great hostel, but is definitely good value for money. The rooms are fine with comfortable beds and the bathrooms just clean enough. Located near the station but a long way from the centre. Bar downstairs painfully overpriced. Free wifi, no kitchen or areas to prep food.

Clean, roomy dorms. Clean bathrooms. Good cafe/bar. Good value breakfast. Liked this place better than Allesandro Pallace around the corner (3 nights there,2 nights here).

We had heard so much about ths place... our guide book raved about it, it's been ranked as one of the most fun hostels... I guess we were excpecting more. Seemed pretty average to us. Not bad, but not anything special either.

Good hostel and great location. If you're looking for a cheap, clean and peaceful hostel stay here. Maybe a minus for some people: no breakfast, no kitchen and they only have mixed rooms. Wifi does not work. I just wanted to sleep and that's exactly what I did in Yellow.
