What can I say, It\'s the Yellow. Close to the Termini Station, lots of like minded travelers, great neighborhood, and the bar is an amazing place to meet people. They have an event every night of the week in the bar and its always a great night. Only downside is the noise from other guests late in the night, the walls are thin in the private rooms. All in all a great experience and something everyone should try at least once!

This is the best hostel I've ever been to. The staff is super friendly, and the atmosphere is beyond awesome. The location is great because the train station is about three blocks away, there's a laundromat about 2 blocks away, and there is a great restaurant called mama angela right across the hostel. While I was staying there at the Y, I met so many nice people. This is THE PLACE to stay at when vising Rome! I am planning to back again there next year!

Staff was super friendly and helpful. The atmostphere at The Yellow is perfect for younger travelers. Great bar/night life. Food was good. The room was excellent - super clean and modern. Highly recommended!

If you\'ve come to Rome just to hang out at the hostel bar, drink a lot, and meet other travellers, then this is the place to stay. Having the bar downstairs was nice for socialising, but the rooms are very basic. There are no hooks to hang up towels, no handsoap in the bathroom. The reception staff are a bit cold and unhelpful when you asked them for advice on sightseeing. The day I left there was a breakout of bedbugs on the eighth floor. Personally the Yellow was not my cup of tea.

The hostel and facilities are all very good, but some of the people staying there are not. Mostly very inconsiderate to anyone else who is trying to sleep in the room. Making a lot of noise, and playing music at all hours of the night. I can appreciate that it is a party hostel where people want to have a good time, but it was very difficult to get any sleep here.

I like it, it was okay. The staff is very kind. Breakfast is cheap but there's few options. Its more to party than to rest! And don't count with their wifi, it was a very slow sign and was very very difficult to access.

It wasn't my best hostel experience. I didn't like it there. But for the ones that are looking for a place with its own bar it will work for sure. The location it's good. It's very close from Termini Stazione so you get access easily to everywhere.

Very good hostel with a crowded bar in the entrance, good facilities but the internet was EXTREMELY slow, really the only dissapointing point in my stay.

A very well organized hostel. Breakfast is not included but in the bar with 3 euro you can have a good one. If you like meeting people this is the right place, every nigth a different event happens in the bar. Staff are very helpfull.

Great place to stay. There was an awesome bar located downstairs that served cheap, strong drinks. Not much more you could ask for their. Plus a basement with a sub-par dance floor. Definitely a lively place at night and the rooms were comfortable with personal lockers (bring a lock though). They serve food but I never got anything. There is a great restaurant located directly next door too.

The staff was really unhelpful...not polite at all, and they seem to be more worried about partying than doing their job. The place is nice and there are lots of young people. Beautiful place to party, to have drinks and meet people. But, you will enjoy it more if you are from the US, because almost everyone is. There is no space to chill and no kitchen; but the food is cheap at the bar. If you are looking for party, maybe this is the place, if not, go somewhere else.

If you will be traveling to Rome this summer staying at the Yellow Hostel is a must. Located about three blocks away from the central train station makes it easy to get to anywhere in the city. FOR you free breakfast lovers..This hostel is still worth it. A breakfast sandwich (egg+bacon+cheese) and a latte is only 2.50. At night this place is hopping, great happy hour as well as an awesome party room in the basement. MAKE sure to grab some beers and hit up the free night walking tour with Justin
