No heat or option for heat in the room. No hot water any of the days in the show. Charged for 4th night even with 24 hours notice of departure... not an overall good experience.

Excellent hostel with everything you need (security lockers, ATM, internet, laudry, bar, resturant & Tour desk). Great place to meet people. Even the staff knew my name.   Read Owner Comments

Very modern, profesional hostel, but staff are a little cold and un welcoming. The prices are very high! Wireless is a rip off! The cost of a single room with ensuite is more than a regular hotel.   Read Owner Comments

Don't stay in the girafferoom next to the TV-room. The door slams allways and keep you awake !!!   Read Owner Comments

The staff were particularly helpful, especially at the travel desk. I liked the location as it was quite central yet in a safe area.

This was one of the best places I stayed during my 2 months in Africa- so welcoming and helpful and good central location near Long St.

Very nice hostel, we stayed here for a few days in August. Nice and big rooms and a cosy bar. Would stay here again even though it is a little $$$

Exceeded even its already superb reputation. Staff are really helpful and experienced and facilities are very well tailored to backpackers\' needs whether first day backpacking or very experienced. Godd for all ages from babies to pensioners too.
