A very well-positioned place, but not a romantic location (ie, no Danube views!). Loved the balcony over the street, overlooking the yellow and white art deco building. Spacious and well designed so the potentially noisier common room and large dorms are away from the smaller dorms. Find the street entrance by looking for the small businesses advertising tribal art, beads, etc. Recommended!

This was a great hostel! So close to the main sights of Budapest with just a short walk up to he Danube river, ear Astoria metro station. Definitely recommend a double room, located at the back of the hostel next to the bathroom/toilet! Great spacious size with nice wooden furnishings and privacy away from the dormertries. The reception staff go out of their way to help you out. Free internet! Ensure to bring your flip flops for the bathroom.

This is an Excellent Hostel all round, clean, spacious, convenient to the centre of magnificent Pest, and generally peaceful and accommodating and enchantingly Hungarian in character; and is Highly Recommended for Travelers of any description wandering around the Blessed Danube....Thank you...

I understand is a small hostel but it can be more friendly if the staff were not hide behind a small window all the time. They only recycle beer and there is reclycling at 1 street corner. There is no post to tell where is it. The only 2 common room, internet and the kitchen are very small The shower are nice and clean. The bed are too tin. it s nearly like sleeping on the floor. And I sleep since 5 month in hostel. I think it s a good hostel if you want to be quiet and have no hostel life.

Location was really great, just between all the important sights. I liked the hostel, cause it was basic with nice decoration. The things that me and my friend didnt like was the bathroom. Showers were with poor pressure and toilets with basically no privicy. There is one bathroom though next to the kitchen which was better than the others. But everything was really clean. I would still recommend the hostel!
