This place is a joke. The rooms open into the reception area, where the guy running the place hung out with his mates until 6am the following morning, drinking and laughing(on a tuesday).The noise travelled straight through the paper thin walls and when we asked him to keep it down at midnight because we had an early flight, he made no effort to respect us, the paying guests. If you do stay here, a good tip is to sleep on the floor and put your mattress up against the door to block some noise.

I paid $24 for 1 bc: 1. proximity to the airport (5mins); (great!) 2. swimming pool (tiny & empty); 3. air con (not working but...). He offered to "upgrade" me to an aircon room for $5 more. I was chagrined: "Your hostelworld ad listed "aircon" in the facilities!"!! Finally, after some testy negotiation, he somehow 'fixed' the aircon in 5 mins. Then, it blasted cold air on high with no way to turn it down all night long. This place needs some maintenance & a lot more honesty in it's ad!
