Overall we had a awesome stay here, we loved the owner of the hostel- he is really welcoming, so extremely helpful and really great fun to talk with :) he made the stay worth wild.

Extremely attractive location and very awesome and welcoming owner. I stayed in the private apartment so my review is for this. The apartment could use a microwave, but I would say otherwise an awesome place in it's market.

Had lots of fun, the owner is a great guy. He gave lots of tips about the city(and lots of booze while we were there). The only disappointment was that the cats are gone!

First thing which will greet you when you get to the Black Cat is Nikola. The second thing will be a shot of Rakija and everyone else there. The Black Cat is all about meeting people and having fun. It's a small hostel of just 10 beds so it's a great place to meet fellow travellers and Nikola is a fantastic host. It's located right next to Republic square, about 5 minutes from Kalemegdan, and right near a supermarket. So the location really couldn't be any better. Highly Recommended.

best character, and best location in Belgrade

Me and my best friend have a really amazing time over there...the people in the hostel were amazing the location was more than excellent...what is forsure is that we are planning to go there again in the next year,thank you for everything guys!!!!!!!!!!

very cosy place, lots of fun, and free home made rakija (local brandy) - must try if you go there I will definitely go there again

the best spirit, 100% central, free good turkish coffee, wifi and the best personnel. i suggest you to try it for yourself. really enjoying my stay in Three Black Catz. Coming back for sure!

For 40 euros a night you can get much better. It wasn't clean. The floor was sticky, the beds were hideously uncomfortable. Not worth the money at all. The owner however was very helpful in giving us tips on Belgrade which was great, However the whole place needs a serious revamp.

just imagine,you turn up in a place youve never been before,booked in to a private room in a hostel and your given a 60m2 apartment with all facilities you need.I was really comfortable there and although the apartment was a couple of floors down was all the time in my stay made really welcome upstairs.the people who run the hostel are really nice chatty people and i would return anytime,the location is perfect as well .

More like staying in someone's flat than a hostel; very welcoming and a lot of fun. I wish I had known in advance that they actually had cats, though, as I'm allergic. Fortunately, they didn't bother my allergies too much and they were completely adorable and spunky.
