Three Legged Frog Hostel Reviews

There were a lot of people there so those of us that wanted to be able to sleep at night and wake up early had problems, because there was a lot of drinking going on outside the room in the main area and since your room is right off that you could hear everything that was going on and all the conversations everyone was having. Pretty annoying for the most part. But other than that it was ok. Not worth the amount of money though. Should of paid way less for what we got.

Considering how great the location of this hostel, it was a ghost town. I didn't need to ask the staff for anything beyond my room key so I can't comment on their attitude in contributing to this but it was definitly a more hostiel environment than I've been used to staying in Chinese hostels. I was there in March and I was cold, though the bed was perfectlyt comfortable and the bathroom was perfectly acceptible. Wouldn't recommend for a long term stay.

I live close to Beijing and travel there often. By far, this is the worse hostel I've ever stayed in there. The room wasn't very warm, even with the heater. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. There was a problem with the toilet in the room and I told the person at the front desk but no one came to fix it so the bathroom smelled terrible. Won't be staying in this hostel again!

I enjoyed this hostel. Very good location. Staff helpful. And very cheap. I stayed at the dorm and for what I paid was very good. Could be more clean. Definetely If I go back to Beijing I will stay again. Thanks Jaime and the rest of the team.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful with finding buses and sights. There's a cute courtyard in the center of all the rooms. It was a bit cold at night (30's F). Although we had the heater on, it wasn't able to warm up the room enough to sleep comfortably with the quilt. I'm sure the staff would have given us another quilt if we had asked, but we didn't. Our room was big enough for 3 of us, ample space for bags. One improvement I'd make would be to add more lighting in the reception area.

I personally really rate this hostel, it is in an excellent location, and offers some good tours of the walls. The staff are really friendly, and it has such a welcoming atmosphere.

Great place with super nice courtyard! Staff friendly and very helpful. Stayed here before and will definitely stay here again!

i came this hotel in winet it was very cold teater not enough to heat our room through out night we cound not sleep due to cold and also bedding not clean i think they gave us bedding what earlier people used one very bad

The hostel was in a very good position, the location is great! near line 2 of the subway and 15 minutes on feet to tian'an men square! the staff was great, very very kind and helpful and the hostel is very very nice!!! I choose "very poor" is because of poor internet and very poor warmer in the room.. it was very very very and I say it agai, very cold in rooms.. there was a warmer but it wasn't working a lot. me and my boyfriend and friends stayed there for 5 nights and we enjoy it, after all..!
