The showers could be a little bit better and the breakfast is too expensive for what it offers, but in general is has a nice ambient and a good location. I would come back due to the environment. Only wish it had a better common area. Keep improving cause the hostel is great!

Great place to stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and everything was well looked after. Location was pretty good, about 20 minutes on the S-Bahn to Alexanderplatz and 10 minute walk from Checkpoint Charlie. There was a main area to hang out but you could hang on your own in the room if you desired. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who was going to Berlin!

on the plus side, the location is good, 10 min walk from checkpoint Charlie and 15 from Potsdam square. Rooms are relatively spacious (I stayed in a 8-bed dorm) and clean.Bathrooms are also clean. There is a common room with billiards tables. Computers&breakfast (both for additonal charge). On the minus side, the staff was not friendly, no kitchen, not even microwave, so be prepared to eat out all the time or survive on sandwiches. Lots of corridors to walk, like a labyrith. Wifi awful in room.

This hostel was pretty cool. It's not really close to any action so to speak but it's accessible to the train. The showers and bathrooms are down the hall and were just okay. The bathrooms didn't smell too great. All-in-all it was good and I would stay here again, but I will try another hostel if I go back. No major complaints though.

Brilliantly located at a 15 minute walk from Potsdamer Platz with big comfortable rooms. Been twice now and neither times has the atmosphere been that great though, definitely not a party hostel.

I loved the set up of this place. The big open area where breakfast was served was perfect. A nice place to escape when I was awake bc of a snoring roommate! Lots of different people staying here which made it feel that all were welcome. Rooms having separate areas for shower and toilet were nice too for mornings when people had places to go. It was quiet in the rooms even when people were up playing pool late. Also being walking distance to Potsdamer Platz was great! Lots of shops and the U.

Rooms are clean, lockers in the rooms, and keycard access. Transport is fairly easy to access, but very little going on within walking distance. Atmosphere was lacking, and the communal areas made it feel sightly cliquey. Staff have cool wee cards on the desk with flags of the languages they speak on them, and were very helpful. Probably wouldn't stay here if you're looking to socialise with other travelers, fine as a cheap alternative to a hotel though.

Just a bit pricey for me. But my stay was great. Clean, comfy dorms. Nice kitchen, clean toilets and showers. Very big hostel, I'm guessing lots of big groups.

Stayed for 1 night only. Staff is not that friendly and not that helpful. The best thing is that there is a supermarket next to the hostel. Room is quite big.

It was a good hostel. We were two people sharing a double room and the room was clean and especially the bathroom was good since it was quite new and very clean. Beds were comfortable and it was not noisy. The location was good since I really enjoy kreuzberg and a lot of the places south of the city centre.

I love a Hostel when it has lockers, however there are not personal powerpoints. But it is manageable since there is a lot of open space in our rooms. There's also tables and chairs near powerpoints so, I would wake up and have it charging as I prepared for the day. The Hostel is clean and well kept.

I stayed in an eight-bed mixed dorm bed and the room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. And the price was excellent!

Good hostel but its really big and the culture of a hostel is missing. Staff didnt really go out of their way. They would just answer specific questions, but if you asked for a recommendation, then they would be not so helpful. The price was a bit too expensive but overall a good hostel.

Breakfast was great! Scrambled eggs, large selection of meats. Bike rentals on location too was a plus

Great kitchen, rooms and staff. Terrible location, far from U-bahn's and S-bahn's and far from main attractions. But there is nice places to eat and a market nearby.

Great hostel however bring your own lock for the lockers. Can't drink in lounge area which we did not like as the people in our dorm went to bed early so we could not drink in their either.
