Very nice hotel in a good location over looking the bay and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside is the rooms don't have heating and they are not sufficiently insulated for the winter cold of Halong city. Whilst very good value for money, I would recommend coming prepared if you are visiting in the winter months

nice views on the bay, poor wi-fi, no elevator, cold staff without English knowledge, located two km from the harbour, markets and the beach very near, pretty clean, TV in the room, hard beds might be!

Seemed almost like we were the only ones staying there upon arrival. We were upgraded a bigger room with a balcony. Staff was not the best, we booked a tour to Halong Bay trough the hotel, paid for everything including lunch, but never got that on the tour. Make sure to check that up! Overpriced breakfast, ate a sandwich that was ridiculously expensive, and it took forever to get it.
