Tiberius is not a great city, skip it and go farther north.

Staff are not friendly, facility smelly and dirty. staff and their friends were make noise all night until 4 am.unable to sit in common room because staff smoke cigarette constantly.

This place was DIRTY. The carpets were not vacuumed, the bathroom mirror had never seen cleaner, there were dead bugs and nastiness all over the bathroom sink and the room smelled horrible. The owner was a nice guy, but there was one key per room and when we left the place we had to leave the key on a tray on the reception desk where anyone could have taken it. Also, we came back at 12 or 1am and the front door was unlocked. I wll never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

This place was fine. Nothing special. Sort of a weird atmosphere. One thing I did find a little off putting was that you were provided with a bottom sheet and a quilt with no cover. That's not exactly clean. When I asked about quilt covers they seemed pretty surprised and eventually gave me a top sheet.
