We were put into the dingiest dirtiest & smallest room because we were booked in advance and the staff did not need to sell the property & all the nice rooms were kept for walk in clients. Other rooms looked far nicer/bigger & remained empty during our stay. Saving grace we were able to check in at 10am. Staff uninterested to help with onward bookings, bus tickets etc, and were very sleepy. Would not stay here again, far nicer properties available all over town.
