Although the location of the hostel isn't really that good the staff, athmosphere and service given was excelent! Coco and Stephen are the best staff members I've ever meet! And the food in Coco's bistro which is in the hostel was so delicious!Rooms are good and really cheap. I recommend this place to all the backpackers who like to just chill with lovely people.

not good: - you have to go every time by taxi if you want to see something or go for swimming - our room had gaps in the wall, so mosquitoes attack us a lot good: - the fishing village there is really nice - owner of the "comming" restaurant (who are also working as the reception) were very great and lovely

We planned on only staying for one night but ended up staying 4! (and would have stayed longer if we hadn't already booked our flights back) This hostel is great. The staff member was very helpful, it was great to hear his local knowledge and he showed us the best places to visit. The hostel is located by the sea and the view from the cafe area is amazing. The hostel was great but it was the staff member that made our stay so good, he would go out of his way to help us. Highly recomended.

I was very pleasure when I stayed at there. Rajah and Jovyn - two nice and friendly owners helped me so much. I'm a girl and this is the first time I traveled alone. I was pretty worried but they calmed me down and invited me some delicious local food. Besides, because it rained too hard, they drove me around, and to the airport. Thank you so much Rajah and Jovyn ^^. If I come Langkawi in next time, I'll choose your place ^^

Nice and cheap, which was what I was looking for, but accommodations left a lot to be desired. However, for the money, I would say it's still more than expected.

The place had been opened only 3 months and lacked certain finishing touches like mosquito netting at the windows (so, impossible to open them to air the room, which quickly became stifling), and free access to the kitchen to make one's own meals. Rather out-of-the-way location, quite far from the nearest beaches and lively areas (I had a car so that wasn't a problem) but the guests who had come on their motor bikes appreciated the peaceful, rustic surroundings and the owner's cool attitude!

The hostel is great!! We can highly recommend it :) It is situated in a very nice village, good beaches are quite far away but you can rent a motorbike very cheap or take a taxi. Staff is very nice and helpful. We had a really good time there!!!

My Standard Twin Private Ensuite room did not have a sink in the room, had to go out the door. It did have toilet and shower in the room. Only power outlets are by the door. If you want to sit on your bed to use the laptop you need to either bring an extension cord, or do as I did and move the bed to near the door. Poor sound insulation. I could even smell people in the next room smoking. Friendly staff, good basic food. The nearby beach is rather rocky and no one seems to swim there.

We liked that this place was off the beaten track, we would definately recommend renting a scooter to get around though otherwise you may be lacking things to do. It was quiet and nice for relaxing, in a no frills way.

Friednly and helpful staff - very laid back. Some good local restuarants within 5-10 walk laudary and motor bike hire all close. Rooms have fans and aircon. Some hammmock would be a nice touch. Well worth the money.

We were booked in for three days but ended up staying 6! Joe was brilliant - couldn't do enough for us - food excellent - and cheaper than Cenang beach you could have Tidoq Inn plus scooter having the best of both worlds - definitely recommend this chilled out place.

Just give the rooms a good clean and wash the floors in the room as ours had spots of dried blood on them near the bathroom door.
