The location is good, but the cleanliness of the room was not so great. The breakfast is a nice touch though. The roof terrace is also good to hang out, but could use a makeover.

The location is great, the art is great and the rooms were very nice. The fresh juice at breakfast was good although it would have been nice to have a little more than just toast, especially considering how much we were paying for a room. It would also have been nice to have hot water of all the places we stayed on our trip yours was the only one in which we did not have hot water. I would also suggest cleaning up the terrace, it seemed to be collecting broken furniture and boxes.
