Tim was very helpful and made sure i was welcome. I only stayed one night to chill and it was good for that. Wifi very good in all rooms.

The staff where odd, one girl was lay on a couch all day coz she was sick and the other guy was definitely stoned. No money was taken or anything official was taken when we arrived just some girl shyly asking us for the money on the day we where leaving. felt awkward in the kitchen area as there where always staff asleep on the couches next door. Bathrooms VERY dirty, one night there was sick all over the floor and on the toilet!

Mostly awesome staff! But a few made us not want to hang out at the hostel all the time.. Good location though. Good rooms etc and they will help you plan things to do, caving under Budapest is a must! As well as the ruin bars and a free walking tour.

Nice place, good location close to the train station and not far from the centre of Budapest so there's lots of stuff to do and see within walking distance- we were only there for a few days but got to see a lot. Staff were helpful, and everyone staying there at the time was super friendly. Thanks guys!

Nice place - atmosphere was strange and subdued. Hard to find and get into with multiple codes and stairs to remember. Wouldn't recommend for a large group.

Awesome hostel. Walking distance from everything. Cool staff who put on a free pub crawl every night. Also has a TV with loads of movies which was great for the day after the pub crawl.

Great hostel in the centre of budapest. Some of the staff are more helpful / friendly than others but otherwise no problems. Great place if you're wanting to meet other travellers.

Quirky place in a beautiful old building. A good size- not too big but there are always plenty of people around in the common area to meet. The staff are lovely and chilled as well as helpful. The kitchen is decent- even has an oven- and there is plenty of space in the fridges. Beds were comfy enough and lockers were provided for each guest. Enough showers to go round but the bathrooms weren't the cleanest. Great for young backpackers but if that's not you, you may find it noisy at night!

Great place to stay. We met lots of people up for partying but it's also quiet enough to relax if you don't want to. The only negative thing I would say is that the codes for all the doors were confusing. Must be a more logical way of doing them. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, especially the guy with the huge dreads. He was a dude.

Security good. Location good. Staff great, Tim will try to solve any problem you may have and Alan is very enthusiastic and will definitely guide you to make the most out of your trip. Atmosphere great, guaranteed social every night, with a key code to go to a second hostel a 30 second walk away if people aren't in Tim's. Very clean, I stayed in a separate private room 2 minutes walk away, very spacious with good facilities.

Perfect as always :)

The staff were helpful and always gave us good recommendations on places to see. We were in an average location, a bit of a walk from the main nightclub area but not too far. The place was always very clean but was small and had basic facilities. I would stay there again however.

The staff was very nice and attentive. Altough the building is old in the outside and it is hard to get there, the rooms, bathrooms and common rooms are in perfect state, and there is very good ambience among the guests. The location is perfect and the price was very cheap. I am very satisfied with my stay.

I had accidentally booked the wrong days but Tim helped me figure it out and book a different time slot. It was wonderful although we never went out with the hostel due to a short stay I wish we had it seemed a lot of fun

The kitchen, bathrooms and room isn't that clean. Many dirty pots, and often the bathrooms were quite dirty and a lot of dust had collected under the beds. The location was alright, but finding the place/apartment was a bit tricky. This although, also added to the security, since many properly didn't know it was there. Staff is quite friendly, and know a lot of good places to eat and drink. You have to pay in cash unfortunately. Recommended for 2-3 days, but not for 8 days as we did.
