Nice place to stay, stellar kitchen facilities (they have an oven!), conveniently located and nice lounge. Plus, nice views of the lake and the mountains beyond. A good purpose build hostel with a well stocked kitchen but they lock the main communal areas at 10.30pm even if lots of people are in them leaving just a small tv room and the option to either go out or go to bed which really ruined the hostel for me. Bathrooms are cold. Water is hot. Staff is helpful. If looking for intimate, euro style hostel, this is the place. Great view of mountains from kitchen. Walkable from Naked Bus. Ask for directions at tourist place. Good place for non-drinkers to socialize because off tiki tours so low levels of drunkness. (Or my favorite part.) Bathrooms are cold. Water is hot. Nice and quiet while we were there, very spacious lounge area, staff were very helpful when asking about acticities in the area. Only downsides were - Kitchen could have been slightly better equipped. Slight smell from floor drain in ensuite...for got to report it to staff when leaving.Nice and quiet while we were there, very spacious lounge area, staff were very helpful when asking about acticities in the area.
