Very helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms. Very close to the bus station which is useful when arriving by bus and using the buses for trips to both sides of the falls. Good breakfast and large nice bathrooms

Timbo has Alendra, who is fabulous, and other great staffers. Their central location is perfect. The dorm room is very dark and hard to see your gear, and it can be very stinky (VERY STINKY) when other people take off shoes and socks because there is no ventilation. However it's also the warmest place in the hostel. Also I am going to slam any hostel that allows smoking everywhere. Simply bad business for those of who want to eat without smelling cigarettes, working without smelling cigarettes.

Very nice and good breakfast. Clean rooms. Very close to bus station as well as a bank and several restaurants. Only negative: not that many places to hang out and chill. But we'd go there again.

Overall, a positive experience at Timbo Posada. The staff was very friendly and helpful, beds made daily, breakfast included. However, while there were couches, the layout was not very conducive to hangout, relax and interact with fellow hostel guests, and as such the hostel had a slightly antisocial feeling to it with each guest doing his/her own thing. Otherwise, I was very pleased with my stay.

Great back garden and possibly best hostel breakfast in Argentina! Great service too, shame about the crappy showers and the walls so thin you could hear a butterfly fart. That said, great vibe, good value and I would strongly recommend to any backpackers looking for a base for one or two nights visiting the falls.

This hostel was in a perfect location, very close to the bus station. It was very affordable and had a lot of character. The staff were very nice and I had a nice breakfast there! It was perfect spot for visiting the falls!

Great little hostel in a convenient location (close to shops and bus station). Very good cooking, swimming and chilling out facilities and helpful staff. The rooms are well kept and beds pretty cosy. Keep an eye out for the humming birds out back!

I was made very welcome during my short stay at Timbo Posada. The staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful in providing information. The hostel was located very close to the bus terminal which is always useful when carrying a heavy backpack. The rooms were a little chabby but the bed linen was clean and although on the first night i had booked a 10 bed mixed dorm, I was lucky enough to be in a smaller 4 bed room.

Average Hostel with nice and helpful staff, the rooms are clean but a bit dull and loveless. We stayed in another hostel in Iguazu during our trip, which had a nice big garden and was really nice decorated for the same price as this one.

Pretty nice place altogether, good breakfast, nice and helpful staff and good location. Just be careful though cause you'll be litterally overwhelmed by mosquitoes every night... They do provide a repelent and judging from my experience, I'd say the stories about bedbugs where just all those nasty mozz buzzing around all the time (not too much inside though) so I'd still recommend that place for a chilled out atmosphere !

We had a clean room and the staff was nice. Not the best place if you're looking for a social hostel (there are not a lot of common spaces), but perfect if you want a quiet stay.
