We had a VERY BAD experience because of an intoxication by Carbon monoxide coming from downstairs (not hostel fault)..we ge intoxicated in our room, fortunately we weren\\\'t sleeping!!!.. but it\\\'s very dangerous expecially if you are sleeping.
our 4 bed room was very small, no space for anything, just 4 beds. the other room it\\\'s better. only 1 bathroom for 13 persons. good thing is the free internet

very small hostel, only 2 rooms and one bathroom. the rooms are small and cramped, there wasnt even enough room for everyone to have all their luggage in it. good location to times square and the one member of staff i met was helpful in telling me how to get to the airport but i wouldnt stay again.

I would say the location is truly worth the money. It's very convenient to go any places for tourists. The manager/staff are really nice people. Free internet is good. The only down side is that during the night, the street becomes very noisy because of the trash collecting trucks. However, my friends who live in NYC say that this is a common problem for most streets. So I guess we can not blame it for this hostel. Overall, I think it's a pretty good choice for budget travellers.

Everything was kept so clean and the staff were so friendly, I was made to feel welcome straight away. And the beds were so comfortable! It was also really close to Port Authority which was very helpful as you can navigate to everywhere from there. Thank you for such a good stay.

Even though I'd booked my stay at this hostel well in advance and kept the manager informed of my arrival time (because my flight was delayed) he still had sold my bed to somebody else because he didn\'t realise I was coming. However, he did sort the situation out and I had somewhere to sleep, which was good, but it wasn\'t the best welcome to New York! Also, there was only one bathroom for the entire place, which meant you had to wait in the mornings for a shower.

Although it looks like this hostel is in a sketchy area, it's an all right place. The owners were extremely accomidating; they will do anything to make you happy. They are very nice.
There is only one bathroom, so that can be a problem with 16 beds.
The location is great! Just a block or two awey from times square, shopping, and resturants!
Really safe and really nice! I would definitely stay there again.

Really nice beds and free Internet access in a quiet area geographically close to Times Square. Only one bathroom for 10 people to share is a limitation some times. The street outside does not look nice at all but is safe to walk even in the middle of the night.
